“Great Place To Stay”

I really enjoyed the stay, the front desk checked in with me after I had been there about 20 minutes and it was very quiet. I would denfinately stay again.

“Try It, You'll Like It!”

The only reason that I could find why this hotel was given a lower rating by other people is that they were upset that they didn't receive their wake up call in the morning but nothing to do about room cleanliness or staff. Other higher rated hotels had comments about dirty linens and odors so I took a chance on this hotel based on the room pictures and it didn't disappoint. The room was nice and clean and the front desk very friendly. It appears that this hotel recently changed ownership and everything seemed freshly painted and new. I normally don't consider a hotel unless it has a 4.5 rating or higher because I am very picky. For the price, I consider this hotel a 4.5.

“Excellant Value!”

This hotel exceeded our expectations, in a day and age where you rarely get what you pay for, the Baymont is an exception! The hotel and room were not modern, but immaculate and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, not a party place. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the pool was a little small but very clean and comfortably heated. There was a continental breakfast (included) offering a wide variety of fruits, cereals, hot and cold options, juice, coffee, tea, etc. The price was more than reasonable for the service, comfort, accommodations, and atmosphere that the Baymont has to offer. Would not hesitate to bring the family here again!

“Possibly a little above average.”

The room was pleasant in appearance & clean. The mattress was comfortable. The service was good. They offered free wifi. There wasn't anywhere to eat locally that I could see. The heater worked well.

“Great Experience”

This hotel experience was refreshingly wonderful. We got to the hotel late that evening and the concierge was so friendly. He offered to help us drop off our rental car the evening before making our morning commute to the airport less stressful. They were so kind and considerate. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and shower had everything we needed. There was a complimentary breakfast waiting for us at 530 am. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport with a complimentary shuttle making it very convenient. I would stay there again.

“You Better Know Your Way Around”

the hotel room was fine, but the staff were horrible. They were the most uninformed bunch of employees I have ever come across. No one could give me directions, and no one seemed to know where their hotel was in terms of major routes in the area (i.e. Rt. 84, Rt. 91). Also, I tried Mapques to get directions, but it took me to another of their locations - when I informed them of the online error, they said they knew about it, but it hadn't been fixed yet. I won't be back.

“Generally very good, but one big BUT-security”

I stayed at Baymont because the location was very convenient for an event I was attending. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and offered a good night's sleep. My rating would be higher except for a major security breach: one of the outside doors did not latch, meaning anyone could enter without a key card and without going past the desk. If you are considering staying there call and demand assurances that this has been fixed.
