“Will not stay at again not up to Hilton standards”
The Hilton standards do not exist st this location. Management need to open their eyes and truly see what is in front of them.
“Great Business Hotel”
This Hilton is the perfect place to stay for anyone traveling to Harrisburg for business. It's an easy walk to the state Capitol and other office buildings and blocks from the main restaurant/bar scene downtown. There's also several great restaurants on site.

Stayed over one night. Perfect location. Staff was very nice and room very clean. Will definitely stay here when I visit again!
“Perfectly acceptable and utterly forgettable”
...although I could have done without the presence of someone else's body hair in my shower prior to my using it. The facility overall needs a good cleaning and carpet/paint upgrade but it's loads better than any other chain hotel in downtwon Hbg. Most importantly, the beds are very comfortable and breakfast in the lobby restaurant is cheap and serviceable. I've been to (and you could do) worse than this Hilton although it is substandard for the chain as a whole. Location is central to all major highways and downtown governmental offices.

Great location but had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator every time.
“Comfiest beds!”
The room was average but the bed was amazing. The mattress, pillows, and comforter were wonderful. Also the location of this hotel was the best. Quick walking distance from all of the restaurants, bars, and night life!
“Trip to Pennsylvania”
Everyone was very nice and the service was very good. Just a couple of things that could be better. There were no room darkening curtains. Being in the capital district, there was alot of light in the room. Also, Valet parking- although courteous an timely neglected to tell us exactly where to pick up our vehicle. Time waiting that wasnt necessary. Also, on expedia the purchase of the hotel said "includes breakfast buffet". Staff at Hilton were not familiar with this. I had to show my documents- even then I only received two free vouchers even though there were four of us traveling and listed on my itinerary. That was disappointing
“Extremely loud...... no rest to be had”
This hotel is not kid friendly. We stayed in the Hilton, Harrisburg half way through a 1200 mile road trip with our children. Although the hotel was clean, it was incredibly loud. There were parties on the entire floor until almost 4 am despite several calls to the front desk.

The Hilton is a very nice hotel, conveniently located in downtown Harrisburg and close to all of the major highways. I stayed on the executive level and it was quiet, extremely clean and very comfortable. The quality of the rooms was definitely well above-average, but not the finest I have stayed in. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Having the parking garage adjacent to the hotel is nice and daily parking rates with the hotel key card are very reasonable. Room service food was good, albeit a little steep on price. I did not have any problems whatsoever during my stay and recommend this hotel to others.
