“Great hotel and a great price”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Full breakfast buffet was included in the rate, they have an indoor swimming pool, and the room was up-to-date and clean. It was about 15min to Hershey Park.

“Nice but loud”

It was a very nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. The pool was nice and everything was well kept and clean. The only problem was we had loud neighbors, I don't know if it was them or not enough insulation between rooms, but over all it was well worth the price.

“Best Western is the Best”

Check in was rocky but we were upgraded to a king suite and finished out the rest of trip in great comfort and style. Would definitely stay here again!

“Totally renovated the rooms. Very Clean, Very Good Customer Service!”

We were planning on staying at the Hershey Park Hotel but due to no vacancies, we ended up here. I have to say, it was a wise move. Best Western Premier was half the cost of Hershey Park Hotel plus they totally upgraded their rooms so the money spent was well worth it. The only downfall is the drive to Hershey Park. It is about 6 to 8 miles away so if you go during rush hour (who would've thought Harrisburg would have rush hour?) it will take you over 20 - 25 minutes to get there. Overall, we had a great stay. The staff were all friendly and their complimentary breakfast definitely fills you up. Lastly, (not sure if I can put this in here) stay away from RASPBERRY's at the HIlton in Harrisburg. They are definitely overpriced and their service was crap! We went there to eat dinner and it was just a horrible experience. Waste of money..

“Hershey Park Trip - family of 4”

Hotel room was clean every day! Odd thing - drapery doesn't close - it was on a bolster. Fortunately for our room location privacy wasn't a big concern with just the shear. Pool had no life guard and some of the hotel guests let their kids get out of control in the adjacent exercise room. Good breakfast. Overall - - nice stay.

Area recommendations

HersheyPark and Chocolate Wordl were very nice and clean. Pricey. Indian Echo Caverrns (and the gift shop there) was really nice.

“overall hotel experience”

the hotel was very nice. i would recommend staying there. it wasa short ten minute drive from Hershey Park. by the time we left the park it was late and we were very happy to find that the hotel had a restaurant with a bar attached to it so we were able to eat a little something and have a few drinks (which you could even bring back to your room). The only down fall of the hotel was the breakfast was a little lacking for a continental breakfast but all in all very nice hotel.

“disappointed”

I feel that I did not get what I paid for. The carpet in the hallway on our floor smelled very bad and there was another foul odor similar to dirty diapers. The shower drained very slowly. The set up of the room was not convenient for 2 people. If someone was showering, the other person had to wait to use the sink, hairdryer etc. We were only left one bottle of water each day even though the reservation was for 2. This hotel needs new paint new carpet and some upgrades. Te beds were comfrtable, but the pillows were lumpy. Had hoped for more from a Sheraton hotel. would not go back unless serious work was done on hotel.

Area recommendations

Perhaps mom and pops older motels closer to Hershey. Less expensive and probably better maintained
