“Beautiful Hotel”

Great hotel. Very clean. Recommend club level. Only downside is that it is away from the city centre.

“Nice hotel”

Stayed 3 nights at the Sofitel Hanoi Plaza. Overall, it was a nice experience. The room was a very good size and the view overlooking the lake was beautiful. The location is good although it is a cab ribe to get to the old part of town. You can walk to Ho Chi Mihn museum in about 15 minutes. Breakfast buffet was really good and cheap for what you got. My one little complaint was that the some of the staff's english was not very good so we often had to explain things to two or three people before someone knew what we wanted. But overall, it was nice and would recommend.

“Great value for money”

I was at Sofitel Hanoi for 3 nights. Excellent hotel, great swimming pool. Staff efficient, helpful and very kind. I would definitely go back again.

“Zentrale Lage, sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Seafood Buffet”

Wir haben das Hotel im Vorfeld per Mail auf eine Frühanreise aufmerksam gemacht (05:30 morgens am 1.1.) und höflich gefragt, ob evtl. ein früherer Check In möglich wäre. Bei unsere Ankunft wusste man Bescheid, wir bekamen sofort ein Zimmer und mussten nicht mal etwas bezahlen. Toller Service.

Area recommendations
Ausflug in die Halong Bucht. Wurde vom Hotel perfekt organisiert.
Getting around
Taxi ist sehr billig, Hanoi-Taxifahrer fahren mit Taxameter und rechnen völlig korrekt ab, mit anderen Firmen haben wir eher schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht

“湖畔の落ち着きあるホテル”

中心部からちょっと離れていたので、迷いましたがここにして正解でした。 ラグジュアリー ルーム クラブ ソフィテル に宿泊しました。 客室は若干狭めな感じですが、清潔に保たれており、アメニティ（エルメスでした）も充実でした。 最上階のバーはオススメです。そこだけ異空間な感じはありましたが、ハノイの夜景が一望できます。テラス席は特にオススメ。地元の方や、ビジネスっぽい方も多く週末・平日関係なく混んでました。 今回はクラブラウンジも利用できたので、チェックインからチェックアウトまで大活用させてもらいました。朝食は下のレストランも利用可能との事でしたが、ゆったりとした空間でのんびりできるのでこちらをオススメします。朝食時にはスパークリングワインも用意されていました。 滞在中は日本語スタッフとは出会わなかったので多少の英語は必要かと思いますが、サービスレベルが高いのでその辺は十分カバーしてくれると思います。

“クラブソフィテル”

10月に、クラブソフィテルに3泊すると3泊目が無料になるというプランで利用しました。 お部屋は居心地の良い内装でまとめられていて、ベッドの寝心地も良く、エルメスのバスアメニティもオレンジの良い香りでした。 バスルームと部屋の区切りがガラスになっていたので、部屋からも見えてしまうのが、友人同士での利用には？という感じでした。私たちはキングベッドのお部屋だったので、そういう内装だったのか、ツインベッドルームだったらその辺は配慮されているのかは、謎です。 不満は、お部屋のグレードに見合わずドライヤーが部屋においてなく、問い合わせしたところ、リクエストがあれば貸し出すことになっていると言われたこと（もっとグレードの低いホテルでもドライヤーは部屋にあると思うのですが）、また、ミニバーの飲み物が冷えておらず、フロントに問い合わせしたところ、故障しているとのことでエンジニアがやってきて修理したこと。こういうことはルーム係がチェックしておくべきことでは？と思いました。 でも、それらも全て対応は早く丁寧にしていただいたので、大きな不満にはならず、ちょっとこのグレードのホテルとして考えたときに、メンテナンス面がイマイチなのかな、と思った程度でしたが。。 17階にあるクラブラウンジで、カクテルタイムにフリードリンクと軽食が楽しめるのもクラブルームに宿泊した特典。昼間外出して疲れて帰ってきた後に、人の少ないラウンジのソファに座って、窓の外の湖を眺めながら、夕食後に軽く食前酒を楽しめるのはとっても贅沢な気分になれました。 朝食は17Fのクラブラウンジでも1Fのカフェラウンジでもいただけたのですが、個人的には1Fの方がメニューが豊富のように思いました。クラブラウンジはビュッフェメニューが少なく、ほとんどがメニューを見て注文する形式、1Fは全てビュッフェ形式なので、見た目での品揃えでの感覚かもしれませんが、1Fの方が見た目で選べて量も自分が食べたい分だけ選べてよかったです。ちなみに、1Fにも17Fにもスパークリングワインはありました。 場所的にはハノイ中心地からちょっと遠いのですが、タクシー料金は安いし、中心部まで15分程度で到着するので、まったく気になりませんでした。 次回ハノイに来たら、またここに泊まりたいと思うほど良いホテルでした。

ホアン・キエム湖の北にある、シルク製品の集まっている通りにある、TAN MY DESIGNというシルク・刺繍製品のお店が、素敵な刺繍の小物がたくさんあって、どれも欲しくて目移りしちゃいました。お土産にも良さそうな小物が、数百円で買えます。

“次も必ず利用します”

ハノイ市街のホテルのなかでは最も空港に近い地域にあり、またウェストレイクの眺望と散歩が楽しめ、ホーチミン廟や文廟へも徒歩圏なので ハノイで１，２泊を考えている人には最適だと思います。 部屋は広くて清潔、スタッフも親切で 今回は２度目のハノイでしたが最初からこのホテルに決めていました。 またハノイで唯一屋内プールがあるホテルです。 天気の良い日はガラス張りの屋根が開き気持よく過ごせます。ウェストレークを望むベランダもあります。 次回もここと決めています。

ウェストレークの真ん中の遊歩道沿いにあるレストラン、風景を楽しみながら食事できます。ホテルから歩いて５分くらいです。

“かなりコストパフォーマンスが高い。”

なかなかベトナムでこのクオリティーのホテルはないと思います。 インターネットサービスも特別なシステムを導入されていて とても快適にインターネットが使用できました。 ホテルの方もみなさん親切で、とても満足しています。 部屋のアメニティーも高級品だったので素晴らしいと思いました。
