The hotel is a little dated but the service was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Although slightly out of the city, it was a pleasant relief to be away from the noise and craziness of the bustling Hanoi streets. The hotel provided a comfortable haven and the staff were amazingly accommodating, so pleasant and couldnt do enough for us. The benefits of the Club Lounge were so worth it and made our whole stay so much more special. And we cannot thank a member of the Club Lounge staff enough for her help in locating some lost property.......truly amazing service, going above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful stay

My American son and Vietnamese DIL got married here. Highest quality, service, comfort and elegance! The garden area and ballroom for the wedding ceremony and dinner were beautiful. The rooms were spacious and luxurious.

Restaurant personel and housekeeping are very professional. However the same staff esp women in the hallway and bathroom ran into me and cut me off on purpose. They shove into me on purpose because they kept doing it and never said sorry. It was simply ridiculous

The room and toilet are spacious and clean. Perhaps a tad clinical in appearance, which maybe good for the business traveller but not for the leisure seeker. The hotel grounds are a welcome respite from the chaos, dirty and din of its surroundings.
