    “The staff are helpful, overall the stay was fine!”

    Location of Hotel Nikko is not in the centre, so we have to take a cab to the shopping areas. Cost of taxi fare is US$2-5, yet it is betther if there are some shops in walking distance to the hotel, The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean but bathroom looked a little old, time for a renovation or some upgrades. City maps are poor, it applied to most of the hotels. Hanoi is a city full a life, I enjoyed visiting the city, old town, and the beautiful scenery in Halong Bay. Oh ... Hotel Nikko should provide more information of Halong Bay cruises and options of other tours in Honoi. Now they only offer private tour, cost is quite expensive. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko.

    “日本にいるような安心感”

    喧騒のハノイの中にあって、ホテルでは日本にいるような安心感に浸れます。中心部から少し離れますが、隣に大きな公園があり、朝はバトミントンなどスポーツする人を見ながら、散歩もでき快適な環境です。公園内にあるサーカスは、小さな子供を連れた若い夫婦がたくさんおり、微笑ましいベトナムの日常風景を見られて面白かったです。

    “日本人におすすめの宿”

    日航ホテルなので、日本人スタッフが1名常駐しています。ですので、英語の苦手は人でも安心。私はビジネス利用だったのですが、インターネット代がフリーというのは助かりました。朝食にも和食があったり、と、日本人を意識して整えられています。値段もお手頃で、快適なサービスが味わえます。

    “日本語も通じ臨機応変対応もgood”

    エクスペディアでの予約でしたが現地でのレイトチェックアウトの対応も、 事前の荷物受け取りの相談にも日本語で対応していただきました。
