Hotel is outdated even for a European hotel. Carpet was dirty and patched in spots. Restaurant and bar and service was best of the hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel. The property needs major renovation, hotel rooms are dated. The fridge and the shower in the room did not work. Furniture and carpets are dirty and old.

The hotel is not well maintained, carpets are old and dirty with stains. Shower does not work (in fact it is very difficult to take a shower). Customer service is poor, staff are arrogant.

Gets the job done.
The lobby was welcoming. Most staff understood English and were able communicate in English. They were courteous. This is one of the hotels where you see actual room keys hanging behind the service desk. Rooms were bit on the older side and need a remodeling. Free WiFi but was spotty. I could not stream anything but could check emails though.

Comfortable business hotel
The location for our business trip was perfect. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond to make out 5 night stay comfortable. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the staff will work with you if you need something not on the buffet. Few issues. Our room cost over $100 A night but didn't have air conditioning, a water kettle or even a complimentary bottle water. We were told we would have to pay an additional 30 Euros per night for a room with air conditioning. This was NOT mentioned on Expedia description information. They did bring us a water kettle and pedestal fan upon request as well as an ironing board and iron. During our time in Germany this trip, we have also stayed at a Movenpick and NH hotel and Holiday Inn. All were similar in price. All had air conditioning.

OK hotel. Bit worn and tired. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Staff done there job but no more. A smile and a greeting, when passing would have been nice. On the whole it was satisfactory for a short stay.

Ok hotel for bussiness or for the nearby hospital
We stayed there for several months in an apartment due to the illness of my mother in the INI. The whole hotel is a mediocar. Room cleaning is v superficial. Breakfast is good but menu is v limited for room service and dining. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Recreational facilities are Ok but not superb. It is far from downtown so it is convenient for business travellers and if you want to be close to INI

Poorly Managed Hotel
The hotel management was impossible to get a hold of. Very poor service. Lack of reliability by the hotel's managers was extremely disappointing. No sense of responsibility, at all.

Convenient and clean
Good location for where I had to be. Room was apartment; very spacious...although it could use a good lift. Hotel is a bit old-fashioned. However service was really good and breakfast had a good selection. Only downer. There was a gym, where the equipment was out of order. Somewhat defeats the purpose, hence my rating. However, for a quick stop and a good value, this is a good choice.

Not as good as the pictures made it seem
Rooms were old but clean. The lampshade in my parents room was burned and frayed which should have been replaced. The breakfast for €19.90 per person is way to high. Restaurant Ambiente was good but pricey. Only one elevator was working so it took 10 minutes to get the elevator which we had to take because we had a family member with us using a walking cane.

Our contracted maintenance companies as well as the manufacturer were informed immediately; unfortunately the required parts to fix the elevators were not available on short notice. Cheap to stay
It is ok as a cheap accomodation. The room has water pipe broken stains on the carpet because of this. I already read reviews with the same remark from last year and it still has the same stains and broken pipe, etc. Hope the management does something about the much needed repairs. The hotel itself is not bad for staying a night or two

wifi costs over €7 in addition to a room rate of €99. breakfast is €19. a beer in the bar is €4.90. this is not appropriate pricing. the shower head is also at shoulder height and was low pressure with fluctuating temperature.

The only reason you would want to stay here would be If you are attending an event at the Hannover Messe. It's a pure business hotel, despite the fact that the wifi is very slow.

Perfect for a visitor to Domotex Show
Perfect location for us as we were attending the large Domotex exhibition. The hotel is 5mins away by car and there is a handy subway cafe next door!

Just disappointed in many aspects
Terrible mattresses (steel springs), dirty carpets, plastic towel holders, etc.. This hotel looks like no one has invested into repairs and renovation in many years. Certainly not to the German standards and yet rather expensive one. DEfinitely not worth 4 stars.

The room you reserved is not equipped with an a/c which you should have notify on your confirmation. Contiguous to our standard room and our apartments we also offer categories like the Privilege Room, Junior Suite or Suite. In all of these categories the rooms are equipped with an air condition. Not too satisfied.
Overpriced old fashioned hotel. Though the rooms were big for a family they were outdated. I would not stay here again. The only positive is that they were located with an easy access to the motorway.

Make sure to request AC room
This is not a typical Wyndham hotel. We did not have AC but booked a room with AC. Took a bit of work to get all straightened out. We booked so we could feel comfortable about the quality going with a Wyndham. Decent hotel but definitely not at US Wyndham standards. Breakfast was great! Fresh and cook to order.

This hotels needs to be knocked down or refreshened up badly. Not sure how it's rated 4 star....dirty/smelly corridor carpets. Apartment included kitchen facilities but without any utensils or even tea/coffee making facilities. What else do I write?

Good team at reception but this is all . Old style keys , poor carpeting , old furniture . Bad bathrooms . Minimum towels .
