“Perfect for the TUI Arena”

Me and my daughter stayed here two nights for the Green Day concert at the TUI Arena and overall we were quite pleased - the hotel is literally right next to the arena and arena car park. However the details for the hotel say that there is an airport shuttle bus and there definitely isn't - we had to get a taxi from the airport to hotel that cost about 50 euro each way which we weren't prepared for at all as we hadn't thought about the details being wrong. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted it for but the area around was completely deserted with only one small supermarket at a local petrol station open and there was a severe lack of things to do while we were waiting for the concert. The Expo Plaza looks like it is really quite abandoned and empty. Drinks in the hotel were very expensive but food was reasonable and was very good quality. Breakfast buffet was great and very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again for a concert at the TUI Arena, but despite how pleased I was with the hotel itself and staff, if I wanted to explore Hannover I would find somewhere much closer to the city centre.

Getting there
If you do speak German you may be able to use the train to get to the Radisson Blu/Expo Plaza in Hannover, but if you don't speak German you could struggle to work the automated machine and the only way to get there is to pay about 50 euro each way for a taxi - be ready for this before you go!
Events and shows
The Radisson Blu Hannover is literally right next to the TUI Arena - perfect for concerts, especially if you want to be first in the queue!

“Radisson Hannover - Ottimo per la Fiera a 2 passi (al di la della strada)”

Hotel di Lusso con una fantastica Prima colazione Internazionale e con Expedia accessibilissimo a tutti (non durante le manifestazioni fieristiche chiaramente) .Sono quasi dispiaciuto di dare questa segnalazione positiva, per timore di non trovare stanze libere alla prossima occasione ! PICCOLO NEO: Non è chiaro il sistema di utilizzo della Pay-Tv e mi sono stati addebitati più utilizzi pur avendo io specificato l'utilizzo involontario della stessa. Mi è stato inoltre precisato che sia necessario confermare la richiesta di utilizzo con il numero della stanza, ma io sono certo di non avere assolutamente confermato nulla !

Area recommendations
Tutta la città, e ristoranti tipici, per l'ottima cucina della zona, piatti ricchi e saporiti con specialità di carni e verdure ! L'area fieristica è molto attrezzata e tra le più estese al Mondo con otre 36 mega padiglioni. L'areoporto è ben servito anche dalle principali compagnie Low-cost come Germanwings.

“Das Hotel Radisson Blu Hannover liegt im Messebereich”

Für Auswärtige Eishockeyfans sehr zu empfehlen liegt direkt neben der Tui Arena.

“Das Hotel ist seinen Namen nicht wert.”

Wir haben das Hotel anläßlich eines Konzerts in der TUI Arena gebucht, da es in direkter Nachbarschaft liegt. Für uns ergab sich der Eindruck, dass hier außerhalb der Messezeiten auf Sparflamme gewirtschaftet wird. In der Bar war die 1-Mann Bedienung völlig überfordert. Auch nach 20 Minuten wurde noch keine Bestellung aufgenommen. Zum Frühstück mußten wir warten, da nicht ausreichend Plätze vorhanden waren. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt, weder im In- noch im Ausland. Die Zimmer haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Gläser der Minibar hatten Flecken und standen da sicher schon länger. Wenn außerhalb der Messesaison kein Wert auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste gelegt wird, sollte das Hotel besser schließen. Wir werden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

“Top Business Hotel”

Ich war zwei Tage im Rahmen einer Schulung im Radisson an der Expo. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein Business Zimmer erhalten, weil kein Einzelzimmer mehr frei war. Das Essen war sowohl Mittags , als auch Abends reichlich und sehr lecker. ich würde wieder im Radisson einchecken.

“Für Messebesuche mehr als ideal”

Schönes Hotel in Messenähe. Gut von der Innenstadt in 20Minuten zu erreichen. Check in und Check out lief super, sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer völlig ausreichend und das Frühstück war auch ok. Alles in allem vor allem für Messebesucher sehr zu empfehlen.

“Das Hotel liegt direkt auf dem Messegelände, für Messegäste also prima geeignet”

leider war die Klimaanlage sehr laut, sie hat sich alle halbe Stunde immer wieder neu eingeschaltet und laut gebrummt, leider konnte man sie nicht ausschalten, sondern nur in der Stärke nach oben oder unten regulieren (wer bei Lärm nicht gut schlafen kann, sollte das beachten und lieber ein anderes Hotel wählen)
