Hire some more staff please.
Room was fine and updated/modern. Hallways under repair. Fitness room dont bother as most of the equipment is either broken or extremely flimsy and dangerous to use. I felt sorry the most for the poor front desk personal. Only 1 person, quite often nobody at all. Line ups of over 60 mins checking people in etc ..They tried their best I will say, not their fault at all.

It's a really nice property. Very clean with big rooms and the option to either park on property or find free street parking close by. The free mini bar is a nice little perk. It's about 20 minutes walking distance from the city center but there's an U-Bahn station right next to it. While the staff was very nice, they weren't very responsive. I tried to call a few times on the day of our check in to ask when our room would be available but nobody ever picked up the phone. When we called from the room for a maintenance issue, nobody picked up either. We went down to the front desk to report the issue and were told somebody would come to fix it, which didn't happen either. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Usual good standard but lower than previous years. Little touches have been cut back, for instance your room will not be cleaned or new towels brought unless you actually request them. We weren’t told at checkin

It was easily accessible for straight U line to the Fair in Hannover. However, check in took over 30 min with only 1 person at reception. Need more people there to help with glow. Breakfast was good. Room were hot even after AC was turned on and adjusted. Air Conditioning did not keep the room cool enough. Really bad. When mentioning to the reception they shook their shoulders and did not really know what to say. In North America there are never problems like this with cooling rooms.

Pros: - Comfortable Bed and bedding - Delicious breakfast - Convenient location for trains and scooters into town - Friendly front desk staff Cons: - Dirty; Found toenail clippings on the floor of my room when I checked in. The floor itself was very dirty and needed to be washed - Rough around the edges - Building needs some upkeeping - Steam room is dangerous - when the steam comes on it is dangerously hot and had to exit immediately as it felt like we were going to be burned

We stayed at Dormero to visit a concert at HDI arena. Despite the amount of people the check in went smooth. The location was perfect walking distance to the venue and the rooms and breakfast were good. Restaurants and pubs close by for a quick bite were a bonus.

Great staff, but our room was a mess. Air conditioner didn't work and the magnetic card reader didn't either. Weren't offered to change rooms until it was last day of our stay. So we had to sleep in a hot room and always re-magnetize card before going into our room. Otherwise its a good location and just two-three stations away on U-bahn from shopping center.

Obwohl sicherlich viele Gäste im Hotel waren, war die Nacht im Zimmer unglaublich ruhig. Der Raum war großzügig geschnitten und die Einrichtung gut durchdacht. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Zimmer könnten Mal wieder renoviert werden. Tür von der Dusche ging nicht richtig zu. Damit war nur kurzes waschen möglich. Sonst hätte man das kleine Badezimmer überflutet. Kein Schrank zur Aufbewahrung von Kleidung. Nichts für ein längerern Aufenthalt. Frühstück mit 19,90€ überteuert. Vorhänge könnten Mal getauscht werden. Personal freundlich beim Einchecken. Dann Tourismuspauschale von 6,50€ pro Tag. Eine Frechheit. Weil es dafür nicht mal irgendwelche vergünstigungen gibt für Sehenswürdigkeiten. Dafür alles gut erreichbar. Bahnhaltestelle fast vor der Haustür. City und sonstiges sogar zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
