Better than its 3 star rating suggests. We knew our room would be small when we booked, and it was, but the bathroom, though fresh and immaculately clean with a great shower, was unexpectedly as small as a broom cupboard. If you avoid the small rooms, the hotel is otherwise great. Staff are incredibly helpful with information on the city etc. The buffet breakfast is a simple mix of German breakfast fair and cereals/fruits/yoghurts (no pastries) but nonetheless fresh and good. You can't beat the location - it's in the middle of everything central (shop till you drop) and right next door to old town. Great value secure garage parking is available through the hotel at the garage diagonally across the road at 50% of the daily rate (we paid 6 Euro).
