“Great service”

“还可以”

中国の端午節の3連休に家族4人で一泊しました。西湖に隣接する抜群のロケーションです。西湖でボートに乗ったら、漕いでくれた中国人が「あそこは杭州で一番いいホテルだ」と言っていました。総体的にはまずますでしたが、幾つか問題もありました。 15時にチェックインしましたが、まだ部屋の掃除が終わっておらず30分待ちと言われました。早くしてくれと言ったら10分で済みました。部屋は街側で日があまり当らないせいかとても寒かったです。外の気温も低い日だったので少し暖房で調節したかったのですが、今の時期は冷房しかできず我慢しました。朝食の時に、私の宿泊プランは朝食付きなのに、「子供の朝食代は入っていない」と言われ、何度もやり取りしたら、「すみません。プランにちゃんと含まれていました」との事。 expedia側の予約システムの問題なのか、ホテル側の確認不足かわかりませんが、相当何度も交渉してやっと解決したので、気分のいいものではありませんでした。特に朝食のレストランでこの件を私と最初にやり取りしたウェイトレスは、ホテル側の責任なのにこちらから文句をつけられたような不愉快な態度をしていました。まあ日本レベルの接客を求めてもしょうがないので、こんなものでしょう。朝食バイキングはメニューも豊富で美味しかったです。

Getting around

上海から高速鉄道で行きました。45分ほどで着きました。杭州駅からはタクシーが大行列で30分ちょっと待ちました。駅からホテルまでは乗れば近いです。西湖近辺ではタクシーを拾うのが結構大変ですね。自転車を借りて付近を回ったのは快適でした。車と人（人が多い）には要注意です。

“最高です。”

西湖畔で、繁華街にも近く立地最高。ホテルの設備もサービスも最高でした。ただ、私たちは８時に１階レストランに朝食を食べにいって、すぐ案内８じされたのですが、それから間もなく満席に。なんと８時半にはレストラン入口に２０人ほどの列が。一流レストランで、朝食の順番待ち列ができるとは、ちょっとびっくりしました。多分、待たされた人の感想は、「非常に不満」になると思います。私たちもなんだかゆっくりできずそそくさと食事を終えました。

西湖周辺は、さすがに中国政府が「国際観光都市」として売り出そうとしているらしく、街路も緑地も綺麗です。湖畔のあちこちからでる遊覧船は、どれも湖中央の「三潭印月」に行きます。一元紙幣の絵柄になっており、一見の価値あり。お寺なら霊隠寺、圧巻です。ただ、とにかく人と車が多い。多いにもかかわらずキレイなのは、お掃除や樹木の世話にかける人手が豊富だから。中国国内旅行の人気地なので、できるだけ中国の休暇時期を避けるといいと思います。

“The Best One Hotel in China”

Though that was my first visit to Hangzhou, I think this hotel is the best one in Hangzou, even in China. Because, I think this hotel is superior to any other hotels, concerning scenery,location,facility,convenience,reception,etc. Unluckily, it was raining when I stayed here, but warm receptions by hotel staffs made me brightly and happily! All facilities　including swimming pool were nice and room equipments were set very attentive and within ready reach, and kept clean and tidy. I must say my hearty thanks to this hotel`s staffs and manager.
