“Basingstoke Gem”

The hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful. My only comment was that Wi-fi was only in lobby and brasserie, not in hotel room. The spa area was neat and rooms were well appointed.

“Very impressed a lovely hotel”

A great hotel clean well looked after very helpful staff. The spa service was very good and very good value for money as was all the on site services. Would go back.

“very good hotel”

enjoyed a nice w/e break will return there again

Getting there
advise you purchase a sat nav as Basingstoke is a myriad of roundabouts and it is very easy to get lost!
