Walking distance to train station. One stop away from Southampton Airport. No AC but everything else is good. I stayed for 1 night during February. It was not hot. However, if you opene the window, there is noise from the parking lot.

Clean room, friendly staff. Pool and sauna a disappointment. Went in at 9pm and both pool and Sauna were cold. However husband and son went first thing next morning and both had been heated.

Very different place. If shorter than 5’11” may have problem getting into high sided shower. No offers to assist with step when complaint made. No phones to contact main desk so have to go there.

This was booked as a double bed and double sofa bed as was shown in the picture. We didn't find it like that, the sofa bed wasn't made up. When i asked staff if i was supposed to make up the 2nd bed it got confusing and they wanted to move us to twin beds (not what i ordered or wanted) then they said they would go and make up the 2nd bed they did but made up half of it into a 2nd bed. My son in the end said to me it would be fine as we'd had along day and the language barrier with the receptionist was to difficult.

Very nice hotel with really nice staff was was spacious and fairly clean carpet needed a clean and refillable toiletries needed checking as had no conditioner in bottle and barely any body wash when checked in but other than that a nice hotel in a great location to shops and restaurants

I spent one night at this hotel, since I was going on a cruise out of Southampton the next day. Since it was one night, it is hard to really judge if what I experienced was normal; however, I will think twice before trying this hotel again. Music was blasting from another hotel room and did not stop until after midnight. There were people roaming back and forth in the corridors, slamming doors, laughing loudly without consideration for other guests. It was hard to sleep and relax in that atmosphere.

The room was cold. Reception gave us a small heater but it made little impact on the temperature. This hotel is nothing more than a basic bed for the night. Staff did not even want to open the restaurant so we went outside for dinner.

The parking out the Hotel is very convenient for me. The Hotel is close to the centre of Southampton - walking distance. The room was very quiet and tidy and well-stocked up with tea/coffee and biscuits.

I have stayed at this property two previous times so i felt confident staying there again. After check in we went to the room to find it hot and stuffy - no air conditioning with no way to regulate the air flow or temperature except to open the window. Unfortunately my daughter has bad allergies so this was not an option. We coudn't even call the front desk because there's no phone in the room! I went back down to ask for help and Joyce came right up but could only suggest using a small fan which would only circulate the stale, humid air. Unfortunately i didnt read the notice (warning!) when i booked, because i have stayed at this property before. But they have instituted some really substandard changes. We were able to book another hotel so we stayed only as long as it took to get a taxi. My daughter asked about getting a refund but i booked through Expedia. I have never run into such an unfortunate experience and i am a frequent traveler. I would greatly appreciate a response.
