“Very Good”

Normally use the Holiday Inn, but as that was booked used this - I will be using it from now on. Comfortable rooms, good food, friendly staff, first rate facilities. Rooms are slightly small, but still big enough.

“Pet friendly,”

As we travel all over England with our dogs,its always wonderful to find a hotel that accepts pets,and make them welcome. Staff were very nice and we will certainly go back again.

“Will definitely use it again”

It was quiet and you can't hear your 'neighbour'. Breakfast self-service fairly good choice. The staff is friendly and greet you and take you to the table.

“Fit for purpose”

This is a modern hotel with excellent facilities. The gym is very well equipped and there is a large swimming pool which is good for lane swimming. We were disappointed there was no bath in the hotel room and the hotel receptionist was not particularly helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location close to the main shopping area of Farnborough. This hotel proved to be good value for money. We would recommend it to other visitors of Farnborough.

Area recommendations

Not really applicable in my case as I stayed at the Village to be near my family who live near it. The airfield is close if one were visiting the Farnborough Air Show a big annual event.

Dining

The Crab and Anchor Pub/ Restaurant in the Southwood Estate a five minute drive away is one of the best in the South of England. The best food, beautifully prepared and served by friendly staff. Dress casual. The exterior doesn't look like much but don't be deceived by appearance. Just wait until you taste the food!

“Farnborough Beauty!”

Staff was professional and courteous. Check in was prompt, they allowed me into my room several hours early and were flexible on my check out time. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will stay here again on my next visit. Pub had a good selection of beers and sports on TV.

“New Farnborough Hotel ticks all boxes”
