It was our 25th anniversary and going to see Kate bush. Room great but having a shower the bathroom flooded as hair in the drain. The water was nearly going through the door to bedroom. Called reception and they cleared it quickly and mopped up. All in all this was great!
Booked the hotel because it looked clean and modern and was very close to Hammersmith;which is what we needed.
Was very impressed by the space and layout of the hotel. Was offered a slight upgrade to our room that we took and was greeted by a huge bed. Very good nights sleep and a tasty breakfast.
Would stay again. We did not have enough time to enjoy the spa but had a look and wish we did.
Visiting our daughter in Hammersmith for four days. Very welcoming and we had a pleasant stay. The staff were especially helpful and we were greeted with a smile. The only negative we could find was the lack of security within the reception and lifts etc to bedrooms .
We had a standard double, and whilst it was not an enourmous rooom, it was fine for what we needed, and a good bathroom/shower.
Receptionist only had us down as room only, but once I showed him our booking included breakfast it was changed straight away, with no hassle

The only slight problem was the very steep stairs, apart from that we had a wonderful stay. Couldn't fault the value for money, the cleanliness and the food. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
