Very bad experience
Dirty and chaotic hotel. You cannot sleep. The sound of singing until two o'clock in the morning. I also asked them to open the safety deposit box in the rooms. They did not open it for me. After repeating the request, I could not save my money. I could not go down to the sea. The bathroom is full of water when you use it. Also, the restaurant is a very crowded mess. Outside the hotel, frankly, a very bad experience

This property is a disaster! Photos on Expedia and on Google are not updated. Stayed here In December 2021, ,Had to run out once I seen the rooms, very dated, Very Dirty, Not maintained. Find something else honestly this is nothing like advertised. save your money and time.

You won't be disappointed
Our stay here exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable beds and a nice balcony. Food was excellent quality, and the service staff friendly and accommodating. The spa services were also very nice.

Great stay in Hammamat Yasmeen
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices. I think one of the improvements could be serving coffee or tea at the tables. We also tried the dinner buffet which was really nice and appetizing - we had a kid of 8 years old with us - so the pasta station was excellent. I loved the fish station. I also appreciated that there was a constant lifeguard at the heated pool who also made sure that area is clean.

Good hotel but let down by condition of the room
Pretty good experience. I would say the room was more like a 4 star hotel but the service was 5 star. The amenities were good, as was the beach. Breakfast was decent also. Overall I would say it was more of a 4 star than a 5 only because of the condition of the room

I thought the room size was pretty comfortable, but the shower wasn't that great. It was in the tub, and had a small glass "wall" that didn't really do much to keep the water from spraying out of the tub. However, this was an improvement over our hotel in Tunis - which didn't have a shower. The pool was very nice, and the beach is just past the pool, and very relaxing. On our recent trip to Tunisia, my wife and I stayed in three different hotels (in three different cities) and this was definitely my favorite.

Wonderful hotel with lovely staff!
The hotel was so picturesque, close to the beach, lots of things to do there and an overall good vibe. Staff made the stay even more pleasant with their willingness to go the extra mile. The rooms were clean, spacious and balcony views were lovely. The private beach is literally 2 min walk and on site, the medina is a 10 min walk and day trips were easy to organise with the reception desk. Would definitely go back. They'll treat you like a Sultan
The abiding memory of the Sultan is its welcoming and helpful staff. They were absolutely wonderful. Particularly at a very difficult time for visitors and workers alike. I was looked after from the moment I arrived. I was 'inclusive'and there was a great selection of food and drink and several restaurants and a really great beach bar. And at night the Showbar has live entertainment. I wouldn't hesitate to return one day. During the day there is a myriad of sporting activies on offer and special areas for children. It has its own spotless beach and pristine pool, the largest I've ever seen.

Great location, lovely pool, great potential for a good holiday. Staff, we felt, showed favouritism, food was repetitive and sometimes sloppily presented and unappetising. Waiters could be rude or ignorant except for the guy who seves in the piano bar- top notch! Entertainment a bit naff.

Excellent hotel with private beach.
Excellent hotel with private beach and good location. Massive outdoor pool and nice and warm indoor pool for days when it's a bit chilly if you go before June or July. Overall the staff is very good and friendly apart for few but nevertheless absolutely fantastic entertainment for kids(especially kids disco every evening). We just stayed at vinci taj sultan for one week with our two kids and we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to everyone. KK

Overall the hotel is in a very nice location. Lobby area, and rooms are very nice (even though traces of cigarettes on sink, and low quality furniture). BUT the service both at the check-in, and restaurant was very sub-standard.AND The food at the buffet (at breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was tasteless, plain with a very limited variety and ALSO, not replenished. If you did not get there at the first wave, they would run out of food, and not replace it.

Great Hotel, great Location and great service
My wife and I, enjoyed staying at Vinci Taj Sultan for couple of nights. We usually stay at Vinci Lella Baya. But, it was fully booked. So, we decided to try Vinci Taj Sultan for one night only....We were very impressed with Taj Sultan, that we decided to extend our stay. Now, Taj Sultan is our new favorite Hotel and we still can enjoy drinking coffee in the evening, at Lella Baya's unique designed lobby.
