“non respect de leur client...”

à 24 heures de notre séjour dans l'hôtel, j'appelle pour savoir vers quel heure je peux venir à l'hôtel, une femme de la réception me dit de repayer mon séjour une seconde fois pour pouvoir venir séjourner 4 jours / 3 nuits dans un hôtel pourri !!! la seule chose de bien c'est la piscine (et encore, il faudrait faire des analyses de l'eau) car un cafard flottait à la surface avec les personnes... !!! la nourriture dégueulasse, j'ai trouvé encore un cafard dans ma chambre, mais après ça faudrait que je paye deux fois le séjour ??? on se fout de qui ?????????????

“A EVITER”

Restauration trés peu variée; piscine couverte trés moyenne au niveau propretée (matelas des relax moissi !)eau et carrelage de la piscine moissie également, seul le SPA est agréable et propre ! Les chambres sont spacieuses mais je vous confirme encore que la propreté laisse à désirer! Par contre la chose positive est que le personnel est très agréable et très serviable, c'est vraiment le + de cet hotel !
