The facility looks fine , stuff does not coordinate , you have to check with front desk to align. There is no respect to hygiene like smoking inside hotels

What a weird place--but worth considering!
What an interesting place! When we stayed there most of the other guests were Russian or French. In addition, there is a nursing home of sorts on the 1st floor (not the ground level). The buffet (if you go full board) is WILD (meaning very busy during meal hours). But the food is pretty standard for a buffet. There is a big division between people who had a more all-inclusive option and got red wristbands. Despite asking a few times we could not figure out how to get into this all-inclusive group. But if you can figure out how to get the full all-inclusive option (with the red wristband) this hotel is wayyy nicer since drinks and wait service at dinner were included. Full board DOES NOT include drinks, alcoholic beverages, or water. In addition, like other hotels in Hammamet, you must give a deposit to have use of a pool/beach towel. The wifi does not really work and the hotel could do a much better job of cleaning the beach (finding a baby's diaper in the surf is a common occurrence).

All staff are very polite, nice looking and helpful. I liked variety of food. Excellent talasso center. It is a nice place, but some things are not in compliance with the five stars hotel price: -fitness room does not have convenient access, hard to find and it's open only till 18:30; -pillows are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on; - there are no coffee maker and no iron/ironing board in the room. Air conditioner is not noisy- it's a big plus.

Attended the spa. Paid by card. Got home to find out the charged me twice. They said the first time the card payment didn't go through. But it did. Now im finding it difficult to get my money back. Very clever staff. Left a bitter taste to my holiday.

Wonderful location and great facility but!!
The staff in the dining facility was rod I ask one of them for new fork because all of other fork was in different jar on the salad bar...and the answer was "you can use one from the buffet" and the was harassing me with there way looking and talking.....I was really happy to be at that nice place but the people aren't nice at all there.

the property can only be a 4 stars not more than
the property looks good from out side with this spanish style very quiet but definetely cannot be 5 stars , i came with my parents for only one night so this can be the reason why they give us a terrible room ?? i brought a friend who was married on that night means a honey moon amenities or arrangments must be done prior to his check in nothing was done or prepared and kindly note that i spoke to the reception 5 hours before very dissappointing the dinner was good by the way but the breakfast was the same that you can have it in 3 stars hotel with all my respect . before check out i asked the reception to send someone to assist me with the luggage he told me that they start at 10 am and it was only 9 means i have to wait for an hour to be assisted ?? guys u need to do something about it to be fair this cannot be a 5 stars 4 as maximum

Disappointed with Expedia
Am am very disappointed with Expedia, when I arrived at hotel I was told that hotel Alhambra has no contact with Expedia. I had to wait more than 3 hours until it was finally settled. I had a meeting which I had to attend and had to reschedule which cost me time and money.I hope that Expedia find a way to compensate me for the trouble that I had to endure. Await your reply.

Dans l'ensemble, hotel tres correct, Adel le surveillant de baignade est tres professionnel et agréable,on voit que pratiquement tous le personnel ont ete formé ,la gentillesse et l'accueil de rigueur... Un petit bémol pour mohamed le serveur ,manque de formation dans l'hôtellerie 5etoiles, 2heures d'attente pour prendre une commande et n'arrive pas avouer ses tort(pizza marguaritta piscine)... Demi pension : petit dej et diner : eau payante (5 dinard le L) au dîner et nourriture de qualité moyennes. La piscine est au top, La plage est située a 500 metre et est agreable pour la baignade.

Dès qu'on est arrivés on est partie à la restaurant pour le petit déjeuner le buffet était fermée on a parlé avec le responsable il a dit on n'a pas beaucoup des clients c'est pour ça on a fermée le buffet il n'y avait pas des choix pour manger Le soir le buffet etait ouvert mais y pas des choix de nourriture La nourriture n'est pas bonne pas de goût Meme chose pour le matin aussi La chambre aussi est catastrophique le coffre est cassé et sa marche pas Pas des coin de café mini frigidaires vides... On est vraiment déçue Expedia d'avoir réserver cette hôtel pas de bonne services meme pour aller à notre chambre on était seul on n'a pas trouvé la chambre Service nulle restaurant nulle nourriture nulle franchement on est déçue 😔😔😔

Odeur d’égout nauséabonde dans les toilettes, nous étions 4 personnes et seulement 2 serviettes de bain ainsi que la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. J’avais pourtant informé la réception de tout ces désagrément le soir même de notre arrivés. Ma fille se retenait d’aller au toilette tellement l’odeur était insupportable. Le matin de notre départ j’ai de nouveau informé la réception et cette fois online sont intervenus pour l’odeur des toilettes mais l’odeur est réapparu donc problème non résolu, pour les serviettes de toilettes nous avions décidé de nous doucher à l’arrivée à notre prochain hôtel (ce qu’on a fait d’ailleurs) et pour la télévision problème résolu quelques minutes avant notre départ. Un appel de la réception me proposant un surclassement lors d’une prochaine venue.

Nous tenons à vous présenter toutes nos excuses et espérons vous recevoir à nouveau pour nous donner une nouvelle chance de vous satisfaire pleinement et de confirmer les multiples avis positifs laissés par d'autres invités de l'hôtel.
