In our room there was a patch of stain/mould on the ceiling and in the other room we had the electric blanket did not work. This motel needs a little more care.

Owners are lovely and helpful. Huge room - would be lovely to have a small couch or more chairs. Heater didn’t work- just kept blowing out cold air. Bed had electric blankets but only one side worked. Tea, coffee, milk provided.

As far as overnight stays go whilst travelling through Australia, this is a perfectly serviceable accomodation. Whilst very dated and not in a location that is walking distance from the town centre, the lovely staff and tidy room made it ia comfortable pit stop.

We booked that place 18 months ago and it was fine and we liked it hence why we came back. But this time it was completely different. The tiled floor was sticky and every single step left black marks, the bed was not made (there was nothing in the hotel folder indicating that the bed would not be made), the sink in the bathroom appeared to be leaking, the sugar/tea/coffee were not topped up. Very disappointing compared to the first time we stayed over there. Apart from that the room were spacious although there aren't many power points if you are planning to work remotely and/or need to connect multiple devices.

Property was nice and clean quite place to say ,,said breakfast included but wasn’t as there restaurant closed,,looking forward to a swim being a hot day ,pool green and spa doesn’t work apparently like it for 2 years ,,think the advertising needs to be updated

Property hasn't offered breakfast for years and it is remove on website states no breakfasts i motel let you know pool was out only last past week for maintenance it will be fixed soon. We are sorry it wasn't going then be its hard to get all things work at the moment as staff shortage. rooms we are doing up first not pool.

We arrived late as we were in an accident and the management left the key in our room so we could arrive at any time. We were delivered right to the door by the police who attended the accident. The room was a lovely surprise. It was very spacious, nicely furnished and clean. In the morning the owner, Peter went out of his way to drive us to the RACV and made several phone calls on our behalf to help us get a hire car to return home. We have to return the car as soon as we have a new one and we will again stay at the Grange Burn Motel as we were so impressed by the service and friendliness of the owner and his family.
