“Extremely Impressed”

This hotel was really top notch. A sauna that you can use for free, and located in a very quiet neighborhood where you can get a good night's sleep...you can't beat it.

“Tophaus in Randlage”

Waren nur für eine Nacht dort. Über Expedia gebucht zu einem Toppreis. Schöne, gestylte Zimmer, super freundlicher Empfang. Tipp: Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellen, Sie werden überrascht sein!

“sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder”

sehr ruhige Lage, nur ca. 25 Minuten per Bus/S Bahn vom HBF HAM entfernt. Bus fährt direkt alle 10 Minunten vor dem Hotel ab. Service sehr zuvorkommend, Superior Zimmer geschmackvoll, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet, schöne Aussicht auf den parkähnlichen Garten

“einmal und nie wieder”

Unsere Zimmer waren von der Lage bzw. der Lärmbelästigung (zum Hof/Abluftsystem o.ä.) unzumutbar. Ein geruhsamer Schlaf war bei offenen Fenster nicht möglich. Bei geschlossenen Fenster, ohne Klimaanlage, in dieser Jahreszeit ebenso wenig.Wir haben schon deutlich besser in 4 Sterne Häusern gewohnt! Insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer schon sehr abgewohnt. Der Duschkopf fiel mir am 2. Tag entgegen, wurde aber umgehend repariet.Wo sind die Sterne????

“Sehr gerne wieder”

Das Hotel liegt etwas entfernt von der Innenstadt Hamburgs, aber durch die gute Anbindung mit S-Bahn und Bus ist es trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der versierte Barkeeper.

“Gediegenes Haus in schöner Lage”

Personal ist freundlich und kompetent, Zimmerpreis angemessen (hochwertige Ausstattung, allerdings nicht mehr in bestem Zustand), die Nebenkosten allerdings absurd. Eine halbe Stunde Internet kostet soviel wie zuhause die Monatsflat, Frühstück für eine 4-Köpfige Familie gerade noch zweistellig, wobei meine pubertierenden Kinder morgens ein Brötchen mit Marmelade und ein Glas Orangensaft zu sich nehmen.
