“Das Hotel ist sehr ordentlich und sauer”

einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Lage - eigentlich im Industriegebiet, aber nur 3 S-Bahnhaltestellen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt - somit auch eigentlich wieder günstig. Vom Flughafen aus auch gut mit S-Bahn und Bus zu erreichen - Empfiehlt sich abends oder nachts, weil der Fußweg wesentlich kürzer ist. Das Hotel selbst ist ein irisches Hotel, sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, das Essen gut, die Bar typisch irisch - seeeehr nett!!!

“Hotel direkt an der A2”

Gesamteindruck des Hotels war gut, Frühstück war leider an dem Wochenende schlecht organisiert, Frühstücksraum überfüllt mit Wartezeiten, Hotel befindet sich in Autobahnnähe, deshalb bei geöffneten Fenster sehr laut, Zimmer angenehm groß und alles vorhanden, kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden

Gesamte Innenstadt, unzählige Sehenwürdigkeiten Theaterbesuch ein Muß alles über Hafen und Seefahrt

“Hotel sehr zu empfehlen”

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich zuvorkommend, sehr Lobenswert. Leider steht das Hotel am falschen Platz, die Gegend ist nicht gerade einladend.

Area recommendations
Die Stadt Hamburg , der Tierpark, die vielen Kirchen, das Rathaus , alles mit der U- Bahn od. S- Bahn in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Getting around
U- Bahn, S- Bahn od. Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten am Zielort .( Auto überflüssig) Die verschiedenen Verkehrseinrichtungen sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Bediensteten sehr freundlich. Nur zu empfehlen

“Das Hotel liegt an einer Schnellstraße.”

Uns hat das Hotel selbst sehr gut gefallen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist alles vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind großzügig uns sehr sauber. Der Weg zur S-Bahn ( 8 Minuten ) führt allerdings durch ein soziales Randgebiet, was einem gerade Abends / Nachts schon Angst machen kann. Alles in allem aber ein zu empfehlendes Hotel.

Must see
Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch im Tierpark Hagenbeck und ein Besuch des Ohlsdorfer Friedhofes, der als einer der schönsten Parkanlagen Hamburgs gilt.

“Ein gutes Mittelklassehotel, sehr günstig, außerhalb des Zentrums”

Für den günstigen Preis muss man Einbußen wie die nicht optimale Lage in Kauf nehmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne Hotels.

“Schrecklich!!! Gresham Carat Hotel in HH”

Schmutziges und sehr dürftiges Frühstück,..das Buffet wird nicht nachgefüllt,..Besteck und Geschir ist dreckig unsauber, Service Personal völlig überfordert unkompetent und unfreundlich, das schlimmste jedoch abgelaufene Produkte befinden sich auf dem "reichhaltigen Buffet" Nicht zu emfehlen!!! Ich habe schon besser in Pensionen und 1 Steren Hotels übernachtet. So ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist mir bisher nur im Ausland untergekommen.

“Hamburg”

Hotel etwas sehr abgelegen. Altes Gebäude bedürftig renoviert! Parkplatz, ohne Gebühr auf einem Penny-Parkplatz(sehr dunkel und misteriös), ansonsten fallen 11,-- € Parkgebühr (Garage) an. Zimmer renoviert, Bad etwas aufgemöbelt, aber zweckmässig! Gestört haben uns der Rauchgeruch über die Klimanlage und im Hausgang. Desweiteren hatten wir undichte Fenster und die ganze Nacht, ein getropfe auf unserer äußeren Fensterbank. Frühstück war ok! U-Bahnstation ist ca. 10 Minuten-Fußweg entfernt!
