“Decent place, but has seen better days”

Very pleasant staff and rooms were clean. Furniture and fittings very tired - long overdue a refit. Rooms are not equipped with tea/coffee making facilities - they have to be requested from reception and although this is supposed to be a 24hr service, they had run out of kettles by the time we requested one at about 8pm; get your request in early. We asked for a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room anyway, so confirm at reception beforehand. Good location, very close to a U-Bahn station, you can be in town in 15-20mins. Nice looking bar downstairs.

“Not worth it at all! Very old and depressing hotel. More like a 2-star.”

I was not satisfied with this hotel at all. We booked a non-smoking room and got a smoking room with cigarette burns on the table and carpet. We were told that everything else was booked. On top of that, the room was old and smelly. It was more like a 2 star hotel or more like a motel. Very depressing decor, very small uncomfortable beds and low lighting. The next morning we asked for another room and we told that everything was booked. Only upon insisting did we get another room but once again, a smoking room! At least this room was bigger and had more light. We had to air out the room everyday to get the smoke smell out. The room was still pretty old and depressing. There are a couple of restaurants around and a pretty inexpensive supermarket a block away. Otherwise, you have to hop on the train for 4-5 stop to get to the center. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Area recommendations
Deichstrasse, The Rathaus, and Hafen City.
Must see
A must see is the Hafen City. This city is still being built and will be completed in the next 10-15 years. This place is definitely a must-see for someone who likes modern architecture. This city is the city of the future! Check out the new Elbphilharmonie (the new philharmonic hall).

“MAID SERVICE”

The maids woke us up by 8:30 every morning. Very noisy. The restaurant only does buffets. At check in, was ignored quite often.

“quiet Hotel,to downtown Hamburg in 15 minutes”

super breakfast for 11 Euros, a must to take. Good parking. Great Front desk.

Traveller's tip
take the Helgoland cruise with the Jet Ship. Fantastic Shopping all of downtown. Nightlife of course the Reperbahn. I had a rental car, but it is not needed in the city at all, the public transportations are just great.

“Good Hotel”

This is a clean hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Its close to the train station and a nice little supermarket is close also.

“would definitely go back”

Fantastic hotel. Lovely room for the rate. Did not have breakfast as thought that expensive.

“Alles gut im Rahmen eines Städtetrips”

Wir haben ein verlängertes WE in HH verbracht. Man erreicht das Hotel sehr gut von Hbf und vom Flughafen, somit war es optimal. Die Zimmer sind schön, es ist sauber und das Personal sehr nett! Das Frühstück war ok, es gibt für jeden was, aber es ist auch nicht übermäßig Besonders! Was ich positiv anmerken möchte ist, dass es zwei Fruchtsäfte, Wasser und einen Kaffeevollautomaten gibt. Alles im Preis von 11€ inklusive! Würde alles genauso wieder planen und buchen!

“Das Best Western Hamburg International liegt in ruhiger Umgebung, aber günstig in U-Bahnnähe. sehr”

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das 3-Bett-Zimmer war schön geräumig und sehr sauber. Obwohl es in einem ruhigen Stadtviertel liegt, sind die City und die Elbterrassen in wenigen U-Bahnstationen zu erreichen (U-Bahn nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt). Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

“Un motel”

Un motel a circa 10 minuti d'auto dal centro di Amburgo. Il personale è gentilissimo ma le camere singole con due letti sono strettissime, televisore degli anni 90 , consigliato solo per i ventenni.
