The area is best for business travelers. Not as good for tourists. Rooms are very nice. Hotel is modern, clean and attractive. Excellent dinner and service in the restaurant. The bar service was not good.

Front reception staff are absolutely brilliant, great service and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. On a minor note In the bar there were 3 staff but all more interested in cleaning rather than serving 2 single guests. Maybe the service spirit from the front desk could rub off on them,

The Hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were quiet and very clean. Parking was conveniently attached to the hotel. This hotel is located on a canal and everything you’d need is in walkable distance. We enjoyed our weekend stay.

Unfortunately I booked this stay for the New Year's Eve in Hamburg. Upon our arrival to the hotel we were told that the hotel is overbooked. We were then transferred to a poor quality hotel where the service and stay was not exceptional.

Good stay in a nice hotel.
The hotel was lovely as was the room. There was no kettle - so I asked about this and one was delivered to the room within 10 minutes - which was great. We deliberated for a long time over which hotel to choose. I’m glad we picked this one. It’s close’ish’ to a lot of good sights and shopping within Hamburg. I think, regardless of where you stay you’ll have to do some walking. The area around the hotel was very picturesque and there were lots of photo opportunities nearby. Parking was in the APCOA car park next door - no issues with that. If I was in Hamburg again- I would look at staying here again - which is all you could ask for really.

Nice hotel in an up and coming area (Hafen City). I always stay here. However, breakfast is very very expensive and not much choice at all. In the evening, the menu seems to be very selected and unappealing. The bar has a nice atmosphere, but the bar manager needs to stop yelling to the staff across the bar what to do etc... as it's very off putting.

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful! The room was clean and very comfortable. Lighting was great, bedding was heavy, yet pleasant. The water temperature and pressure was excellent and size of the shower was more than we expected. The only item we were not too happy with was the softness of the mattress as my wife is a belly sleeper, however, that really is a pure preference and not everyone will be pleased. Location was excellent, right in the Speicherstadt! Everything else was only a few bus or subway stop away, Overall a very pleasant stay at a very comfortable property.

Standard rooms has no tea / coffee making facility
Lovely hotel, Italian restaurant was a little pricey but food was very good. We went for standard room which was fine aside from the fact that you have no tea / coffee making facilities which we thought was a bit mean
