Good beds, great service. Nice pool ( a little strong on the chlorine). This will be our hotel of choice now. Also, it was ++ dollars cheaper to book through Expedia.

New hotel, everything worked, and was as advertised. The full complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. No problem returning to this hotel.

“Luxurious!”

I would definitely recommend the Best Western Plus in Dartmouth. After staying at many other hotels across North America, this was definitely the nicest, and somehow the cheapest. If you've got a car, it's maybe five minutes from downtown Halifax. If you haven't, they've got restaurants and an on site restaurant that is delicious. Definitely a good compromise for someone who is visiting Halifax but doesn't want to pay to stay right downtown.

“Surprised!”

I was surprised by how well I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. Staff were courteous and really seemed to enjoy what they did. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. I was expecting dried cereal and toast, but was presented with sausage, bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc... it was great.

“Great value”

The Best Western is a brand new hotel located near the Burnside Industrial Park and a short cab ride or drive from a large shopping mall (Mic Mac). The rooms are large and modern - the hotel appears to be brand new. The reasonable price included a buffet style breakfast that included both hot and cold choices - not a huge choice but certainly adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful.

“New Hotel”

The room was very nice and the rate reasonable considering the hotel is somewhat new. Cheaper places are available but not necessarily renovated since new smoking laws. The breakfast was OK. It included the typical hot items. Vacated tables were not cleaned promptly. This was the only slight negative.
