“Very friendly staff. Nice place to stay.”

Wonderful big room, comfortable bed. Nice decor. Only issue was the train behind us...the whistle woke me up in the middle of the first night there. I would highly recommend this place. They were under construction due to a pipe bursting and leaking throught the hotel, but there wasn't any noise or disturbance from this at all. The staff went out of their way to help print boarding passes because the printer wasn't working but would recommend that they get the business center printer working for guests.

“Good For The Money”

Hotel staff was polite and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Yes it's in the parking lot of a mall and yes at this time one wing is under construction. If you don't mind a view of Macy's or seeing plastic sheeting to your right as you get off the elevator then this hotel is good for the money.

“Best stop on trip to NYS”

Great hotel,staff is very professional. Hotel is very clean and we love that after driving all day we can walk to a mall or restaurant rather then getting back into the car to drive someplace. So convenient off the highway and we start the day off with a great breakfast,so many things to chose from and it's fresh. No one could go away hungry!

“Very comfortable and remarkably quiet”

This hotel is about 1/2 mile off Rt 81 at the Hagerstown, MD exit and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought we would listen to highway noise all night - but it was great. Nice and quiet. Very comfortable clean room. It is surrounded by a Large Mall, lots of shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. We didn't even have to leave the area in our cars, we just walked to the Mall and restaurants. There was a free breakfast in the morning that was good. And no charge for parking (I love that). I was very happy and will definitely stay again when I meet my sister. It's a good point between NC and NY.

There is a large Mall right there that had tons of stores. Like I said earlier, you have a lot of stores, restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance.

“A very comfortable fit for weary travelers”

Either this hotel is quite new, or it benefits from excellent maintenance. It is outstanding in its class vs Hampton, Courtyard, Spring Hill, etc. I will return to see if the facility and services are consistently outpacing their competition.

“Loved it!”

Our stay was short, we were in town for a wedding. Everyone was very helpful. We were able to register early without checking in so we could get to the rehearsal & dinner. When we returned, we were able to go straight to our room & relax. The breakfast was great also. I would highly recommend this hotel & location for anyone traveling to the area.

They have a wonderful, classic city park, antique shops.

This is a beautiful area in the Autumn.

“If You're Ever in Hagerstown, Maryland!!!”

From the moment we walked in late and were given our key without hesitation or paperwork to the wonderful room and fantastic breakfast the next morning we were extremely happy with the hotel. The only thing wrong with the whole one-night stay was the vending machines were out of water. No big deal.

“Great! But.....”

It was a very nice and clean hotel, the only problem we had was the maid puts a note on our "do not disturb" sign that she couldn't get in and if we wanted anything to contact the front desk. All 3 mornings this happened. Wondered why she couldn't come later, after everyone was up, say 10:00am?

Area recommendations
Right beside the hotel is a mall, and other restaurants and other stores. Great location.
