Booked no breakfast at first but included it at check-in with extra charge after hearing benefits at check-in desk. Good choice! Nice soft drink /snack in the evening as well as breakfast with reasonable price.
Gnerally very good facilities, had a little electrical problem in my room which they fixed quickly. Some of the reception and management staff spoke decent english but not all and could be difficult with those whose who couldnt.
This is how luxury should be! From a great view room to wonderful staff to a phenomenal spa - our bar is crazy high but we were thrilled! Way better than the dissapointing Shilla hotels in Seoul and Jeju!

New, clean, warm hotel room. Convenient to underground train and breach. I was sick on the first stay in Busan. When I asked the staff to get the nearby doctor address, the GM drove me to the doctor at once. He stayed with me to translate to the doctor and the pharmacy staff. Because I cannot eat the normal hotel breakfast, he prepared me a bowl of noodle. This is the best service I have got for my 40 stays of different hotels in past years.
The staying at hotel was a surprisingly pleasant experience. My significant other and I stayed in a suite for 2 nights. The suite was roomy and comfortable. There was a large TV mounted on the wall along with two computers with internet access. The bathroom included a hot tub, waterfall shower head, two sinks and high tech toilet. The water pressure was fine. One downside was that the air conditioning was not functioning during the time of our stay. Luckily the weather was cool enough to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The walk to the beach is less than 5 mins and the aquarium and metro are equally close. Having a hotel by haeundae is nice especially if you're a night owl. The night life by the beach is very eclectic and has something for everyone. It's very peaceful, fun, and exciting. The staff was responsive and we did not have very many complaints. The price point was a bit steep during peak season but its only fair since most hotels in area were already reserved. Its a small hotel compared to some of the luxury hotels in the area; however, all things considered I would definitely not mind coming back here for the next time I visit Busan.
Overlooking the Korean Strait, Haeundae Beach is popular year-round with locals and tourists alike. Shops and food stalls can be found on the boardwalk. Dongbaek Island is at the southern end of the beach; the rocky point is covered with pines and offers sea, beach, and city views. Central Busan is within 10 kilometers (6.5 miles).
