I've just returned from 3 nights at this hotel with my boyfriend. The hotel staff were so so lovely and helpful- was very impressed! The hotel itself was really unique in it's design- very lovely architecture. The bed was huge and we had a lovely view from the balcony! Although too cold for us to use the pool it was kept in inpeccable condition. The hotel was only around £3 taxi ride from the main square and we walked to the Yves St Laurent Garden in around 20 -30 mins- very nice location. Building work going on next door but barely noticed it at all!
Excellent stay in all areas, apart from the no Wifi in the rooms (you need to bring your laptops to the lobby). However, all staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty much all of them spoke English, so if you don't speak Arabic or French, you can get away with it. The location was great if you like many dining options. Speaking of which, the breakfast was excellent. The only other thing that I didn't like was the lack of a laundry service. As long as laundry or wifi in rooms is not important, this hotel is an excellent place to stay.

Excellent staff who are very friendly and approachable. The hotel is slightly away from the main attractions about 10-15mins from the medina but the location is as a result quieter. Patisserie amoud near by by is very good.
Room was very large and clean. Beds really comfortable. No alcohol or food from outside allowed into the hotel. Close to new town but a 40 min walk or 10 min taxi to Medina. Breakfast bland and same every day. Often not replenished. Soft drinks from hotel very pricey as were excursions offered. 4 or 5 times the price of other hotels or travel companies.
This was my first visit to Marakresh, Maroc. I was looking at numerous hotels and reading reviews/posting from pass travellers as it was difficult to decide on what hotel I was going to choose. Either price point, location, name brand etc. So, I took a chance and stayed at Imperial Holiday from the good and bad reviews I read. At this point never regretted I stayed there. It was clean, I was welcome upon arrival by the Front Desk Staff (Hamid) I hope I spelt his name correct and there was Kamal a good Bell man, he too was friendly and helpful. Thanks for the tips on where to go and what to see and getting around..Much appreciated!
My room were cleaned everyday, fresh towels replace and the house keeping staff were friendly whenever and wherever you were met on the hotel. The restaurant located in the hotel offer N. American food as well and some local dishes all freshly prepared daily. There is a Spa and Health/Fitness room additional charge, and a pool area. There is no internet in the rooms only free Wifi in the lobby and 1st floor loft near the elevators... The hotel location was very close to the Train station 10mins if that much and a taxi ride to the Jamma El Fna (Old Centre City). I felt very safe in the neighbour hood. If you go out at night the car fare double so be aware of this (TIP). You got to barter for everything as this part of life there.... Yes I will recommend this hotel to all.

This is my fist time to Marrakeck. Fist things is when you take a taxi ask them to put the counter meter reader and everytime you buy something in the Souk you have to bargain or if you don't like to bargain just live them and they will ask you "what your price" just tell them " what's your best price atlist I'll not buy it" then they'll make a good price for you.
Riad was within walking distance to many sightseeing locations in Marrakesh, especially the Jemaa el-Fna market. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was small but big enough for two people. Breakfast is provided consisting mostly of pastries, which we definitely did not mind. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend the Riad Marrakech!

The hotel is fairly central and you could reach the marketsquare within 20mins. Breakfast is basic. The receptionist speak good English and is friendly and helpful. If you are a light sleeper then watch out for the music outside.
