Solid Value
Solid value hotel experience. Modest but decent restaurant, including breakfast buffet. Room on the small size but clean. Could use better lighting. WiFi worked well. Convenient location off major Ruta 7 highway but a bit tricky to find entrance.

Stayed here before. It's a basic hotel with basic rooms. Unfortunately there were 4 rooms next to mine with inconsiderate people being loud and the receptionist did not care enough to do something about the laughing and doors in and out until past midnight. Would have hoped to get more from the front desk than a half hearted attempt to talk to those drunks. Got back to them by calling their room numbers at 5:30am when I needed to leave. So if you read this and got a call that morning...this was my thanks to you keeping me up all night. :) Have to also resolve an issue with charges. They charged more than my quote through Hotels.com. He could not find my entry stamp and wanted to charge me tax.

A very cost efficient IBIS hotel, just 10min outside the city of Mendoza. The staff is friendly and the rooms are adequate. You won't find a Gym, Pool or Spa, but for $50-60/night you get free WiFi and Breakfast. (Hotel is also pet-friendly)

Dirty, needed repairs, bad location, restaurant closed, no food available nearby. Untrue advertising. Offered by Expedia as a package, so it should have been reliable. It wasn’t. We immediately moved downtown to another hotel. No refund was available. Paid for 3 nights. Lost everything. No help from Expedia.

This hotel was completely disappointing. The photos that they have posted online are not real. The rooms are small and with an urgent need of some paint! The sheets were not clean, with spots of some “fluids” on them. I do not use even for my dogs the towels that they have. Horrible!!!! Make your self a favor and looks for some other options as in Mendoza there are many others hotels much better for the same amount of money or even cheaper. If you are tourist, like I am, be careful with the NO tax for tourist regulation with this hotel. They did not honor that with some ridiculous excuses.

Staff is grreat. Facilities is not well maintained, in general. In my room I had to keep the bathroom door locked at night to contained the sewer gas, terrible smell from the rest of the room. I questioned the staff about this condition. They told me it was normal. As a mechanic, I believe the sewer system lacks traps to contained sewer fumes.

We went for the weekend and we didn't need more facilities that a room with bathroom and bed. The hotel was enough for a couple.

Bad Choice
I made a mistake when I booked thinking the hotel was in the center of town, and the fact that it was not made my stay difficult and disappointing. The cost of a taxi ride back and forth was $20, and something I didn't want to do more than once in a day. The town center has plazas, shopping, and a lot of wonderful restaurants... There is nothing near this hotel except a gas station, an enormous supermarket and a shopping mall. The fact that no breakfast was included, and that I had to pay for every cup of tea I requested made for an even more frustrating experience. Overall, hotel is not worth it's "good price" as effort and price of getting into town adds significantly to cost of stay.

Ideal for Business Traveler with Car
Great hotel for business traveler who have a car and need a free parking. Breakfast is not included but is only 32 Arentinian Pesos, like 7 USD. Free internet at lobby. You better have a car, taxi rides tend to be expensive if you have to take it every day, hotel is 5 Km from down-town.

Hola todo bien, lo único malo es que nos dieron la habitación 128 y esta al lado del generador y es imposible dormir con el ruido y la vibración del generador, nos cambiaron a una habitación twin y después a una habitación matrimonial, para 2 noches 3 habitaciones. Pero se agradece la gestión de tratar de solucionar los problemas.

Bom custo benefício
Cama confortável, quarto com a iluminação ruim, café da manhã pago a parte no hotel por 1300,00 pesos argentinos, o hotel fica afastado dos pontos turísticos, em média 15 minutos até o centro, se estiver de carro o acesso é super fácil pois fica próximo à rodovia de saída para o centro.
