“GREAT VALUE”

Nice hotel at attractive prices.

“Hotel was nice”

The hotel was very nice. The staff at the desk spoke English. It was very clean. We did not like the city of Guayaquil, but this is a good place to stay after just flying in or out. There is a shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is also close to the bus terminal.

“Overpriced with mysterious additions to the bill”

The only location for food was in the hotel's monopoly restaurant. The meal cost an absolute fortune and was terrible. At check out, the price of our room was inflated 3 times the original value as mysterious phone charges had appeared on your billing. I was not impressed with the stay and I will not be returning.
