“Good Hotel in Guatemala City”

It was a nice hotel located in a fairy nice part of town.

“In the heart of Zona Viva”

The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The rooms have a great view. The only problem was that they were in the mist of remodeling their floors. Great location

The front desk staff was very helpful and we constantly asked them for things. The hotel was within walking distance to nice restaurants. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Hotel service and conditions is very good. Rooms have enough space and everything you need for a bs trip. Internet access and great desk. Breakfast is terrible, don't include it in your rate or loose and get something decent. Cheers

The restaurant in the hotel wasn't very good, but there are many good places to eat that are within walking distance.

It is a nice hotel; the rooms are big and comfortable. The front desk personnel needs to be more friendly. They do their jobs well but if you ask questions they give you the impression that you are bothering them. They don't go out their way to help you.

Good hotel for business travelers. Great central location in Guatemala city, near the airport and the main business centers.

It may need some major upgrades, the elevators seem old (but fast), we had to change rooms because of and odd alarm-like sound nobody could tell where came from, and in the morning on the next room we had a big water leak from the roof. But the rooms are very pleasant and confortable.

Great hotel although the age is staring to show a bit. This a particularly evident in the bathroom the shower was disappointing.
