Very Nice Hotel with Great Rooms
Hotel is nice in every aspect except, most of all staff only speak Chinese in which you must also speak Chinese to communicate with them. Overall experience is very nice and would stay there again upon my visit in that area.

Their service level was terrible. I had requested for a bow and a fork for my food, and i called them on 3 separate occasions before they finally told me they do not provide it. The safe box is very small and you can just lift it up wothout a lot of effort. Wifi is as good as not working most lf the time. Last but not least, they started hacking the room beside mine (due to renovation) at 8am. I had to call them 3 times for them to stop the work.

シンプルな部屋でしたが、広州空港の近く 空港へのシャトルバス無料もあり、Transitホテルとしては OKでした。近すぎて空港タクシーは一悶着ありました。
