very very nice spa, design hotel new tendance. the price was excellent and staff perfect. The pool top so again for those price amazing

Great bedding!! Poor taxi service

I had stayed here 3 years ago and was overly impressed by room and service. This time however service was lacking. Service meaning cooperation from staff and the inability to convince a taxi driver to take us from the hotel to the metro or from the metro to the hotel !! We even stopped further out from the hotel thinking a driver will take us as it was further to drive - we offered money all to no avail and found ourselves walking over 7km back to the hotel.

번화가나 주변 장소로 이동하는데 멀었고 밤에 출출하여 뭐사러 나갔는데 20분정도 걸어야했다. 하지만 이점을 제외하고 저렴한 가격에 최상의 서비스와 음식 스파 호텔을 누릴수 있어서 만족도 최고

Very nice hotel, especially for the low price!

We have just returned from our 11 night stay at this hotel. It was a very cheap stay about $53NZD per night and we were very pleasantly surprised at the room. It was luxurious and comfortable. The staff were great, most of them had a bit of English and they tried very hard to help as much as they could. The room was serviced daily. The Cantonese restaurant was far cheaper than the western restaurant and the food was nice. The location was a bit far from the city attractions but a taxi never cost us more than 30RMB sometimes as little us 16RMB. The reception can call a taxi for you when you leave in the morning and write the location down in Chinese. They have a map they can email you in Chinese to show the taxi driver where the hotel is. There is a small store almost outside the hotel and a few blocks away there are some great markets and a very large store that sells everything you could ever need as well as some small restaurants. The only downfall is a few of the nights we had someone staying either beside or above us and the noise of the plumbing whenever they used the tap or the toilet was very loud in our room. Other than that it is an excellent place to stay just be aware it is not located right in the city.

第一次入住该酒店,酒店环境及房间的环境都不错,但酒店的服务简直不到位,不值得挂四星牌。洗澡的时候发现洗浴用品都是洗发水,致电客房服务要求提供;等了45分钟都还没有送来,另外,房间的空调是没法关闭的,冬天湿着头等服务员送沐浴露来是非常痛苦的。这酒店的服务真的非常不到位。

能按照上次预定的要求安排房间不错。但退房的时候前台工作人员对退回定金的操作方式不合理,总要客人离开后再为客人撤销信用卡预授权。
