Depends on what you are used to. I would liken what I experienced to a public area that happened to be clean enough to sleep in. The carpet floors reminded me of old casino carpet. It’s a huge building with probably a lot of vacancy in a downtown area. Maybe adjust your expectations. I would say it is worth what they charge for what you get out of it.

Acabo de salir del hotel hace como 30 minutos hoy día 11/17/2023 pésimo servicio la muchacha de reservación se comportó sin ninguna clase de educación faltándome el respeto deben tener más cuidado a quien contratan la reputación de el Hotel cuenta mucho y la verdad con personal como el que tienen ahorita no me volvería a hospedar en ese lugar la muchacha se llama Carmen espero en Dios y los gerentes hagan algo al respecto si no quieren seguir perdiendo personas que se hospeden en ese lugar

There was nothing I liked about this property. First they do not abide by their policy. When I got there they said they had no rooms, no AC, no parking. Even after stating in their amenities that they offer parking, AC. It was the worst experience ever with hotel and Expedia as well. They both refuse to issue a refund even after they were at fault. I booked for two rooms with parking and AC included in the amenities. The front desk rep said they had no rooms available, then she said we have your rooms, but just so you know there is no AC. It was late and I had my kids, so I told her I would take the rooms. Then she said and I quote "Just so you know we do not have parking for your cars" I asked her what do you mean you offer parking and AC in your listing when I booked, she said " well that is just a way to sell out rooms" shame on her customer service and how the hotel handles situations. I asked her to cancel my reservation, she told me I had to go thru Expedia to cancel. I called Expedia and they said the hotel refused. They just blamed each other back and forth. I would like to mention I called Expedia right away to share my experience and a rep advised me he would cancel the reservation and I would get my refund. All of a sudden the call disconnected. I was tired so I called the next day and another rep answered and my refund was denied. I had to pay hotel twice because they refused to issue a refund after they had already said they would. Be very careful with Expedia

The only good is location. The staff is teying to help, but they are limited what they can do. No air conditioning not even a small fan. No shuttle service, so why offer it. Sheets are torn and dingy and so are towels. They try to clean with what they are given. Owners just want to make money and don't care if the customers are comfortable. Never again, I got heat stroke doctor said I needed a cool place to stay.

Do not recommend.
The best part of my staff was the parking attendants, they were wonderful. The rooms were very old. Our first room's shower drain was not working so we were changed rooms. Then we weren't given additional soap and shampoo because they only give you one per stay. No WiFI in the rooms. The room for our daughters' was bad as well. The window handle was broken and the electrical wire for the door was all gerry-rigged.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Bedaheets were clean. I was disappinted in the condition of the property. Blinds were broken and dirty. Carpet, towels, and lamp shades were old and needs replacement. However, the property is located downtown and near all shops and is very inexpensive. I slept comfortably. If Inreturn to Irapuato, I will stay here again and will know what to expect.

Horrible place!!! No A/C even thought it says A/C there were cockroaches and white stains all over the carpet. Lasted 30min and decided to leave to another hotel.

Churches everywhere!
Great area. Just be prepared for the church bells that start at 7:00 am. Hotel staff was amazing they went out of their way to make our visit more enjoyable. The street food was great along with many street vendors selling local arts and crafts. Great markets and shops. Overall very safe and friendly area. Did I mention the food? Incredible food.

The hotel is very old, poorly cleaned, you can hear the other people as if they were in your room. I found and complained twice about cockroaches. The hotel made a mistake and marked me as checking out a day earlier, so gave keys to my room to another host who stormer into my room while I was sleeping. Overall a terrible place, I had to stay there because there was no vacancy elsewhere

Nothing Because I wasn’t able to stay the room wasn’t ready and the time the give me my room the tv was broken no light in the room no air conditioner it was broke and they don’t have any other room for me I was in the middle off the night looking for a hotel near by because they are very unprepared nobody to help you and they never told me they room was duty and all the appliances where broken into night time no manager in the property and I stilly not getting my money back disappointed I pay for 5 days I wasn’t able to stay at all .

it could be better!!!
i would say mostly it is a nice place, near everything. only complaint, the tv remote did not work neither did the buttons on the tv set. therefore i was unable to watch tv. the water on the shower was going down the drain too slow.and last, the wify never worked.... other than that, it is a nice stay

Hard to find place. We had to call the front desk for directions. The night guy was directional issues and made it even worse to find the hotel. Parking lot is limited so you have to leave the key of your car with the lot attendant so they can rearrange the location of your vehicle constantly. When I've was requested, the front desk attendant said the services were closed for the night! It was about 10 pm. The AC unit didn't work well, making the night a bit uncomfortable. Overal, I wouldn't stay again in this hotel

This hotel is in a great area with lots to do. However, hotel service is awful. There was no electricity when we arrived with our luggage which ment we had to use the stairs. No help was offered. The shower head leaked all night and they didn’t change our bed sheets. There was dust everywhere.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed
At arrival short in staff Once checked in, keys to rooms do not work, have to go to the reception back and forth like 4 times. Person at the reception complaining that responsible person is not in and he does not know. (Like if I was going to solve the issues) Once in the room, no soap, no shampoo, no hot water. Not Hotel fault but to consider. Two churches very close by so bells sounding early in the morning. Big square near by and birds singing since 4 am, so do not expect much sleep. Over all, I will never come back to the hotel even if it is for free!!!

Nice location in the middle of histiric center
Even though is in the historic center an caters to business clientele is missing a couple details to be three star hotel. Has no bellboy, no curtains on windows except for some old blinds. Old carpet in the rooms and cheap covers. Overall I guess is fine for 25 dollars per night.

It is an over all nice place. The service is great. They are doing some remodeling. Yes, lots of the reviews are accurate. But it has a lot of potential. Is in the centro so your right in the middle of everything you need. I thought it was great. Very affordable and very very safe. Check out Che bar... Cool little place.
