Nice colonial hotel in the middle city center, very nice room and quiet, very comfortable bed, I would return next time, breakfast buffet was ok.

Great very clea property very easy to walk everywhere to the main square and all the main attractions. Great view and service. Breakfast included was buffet and it was very good! Just a heads up- it is a bit noisy at night as it is a Main Street and there are bars and rooftop bar next door we slept right through it.

The property had a great location and great views from the balcony. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great. This hotel was family friendly. Close to the Mercado. No parking on site. I would stay here again.

Nice room, comfortable bed, clean, great staff, good breakfast. The hotel is very nice, but, its in a noisy area.Thats not the hotels fault, but, if you prefer quiet this is not the place for you.

Excellent location, breakfast was very good and a little different each day, ambience was great with a balcony and the vintage decor. Totally recommend. Our favorite was Sr. Raul for our morning breakfast he was kind and sweet.

Economical, good location but noisy and sketchy AC
As others have noted it is a great location and the rooms are very large and clean. When we checked in we noted the AC wasn't working but they said they'd take of it while we were out. When we returned we were told they would refund our money but there were no other rooms available. Saturday night! They knew the AC wasn't working. They did move us two days later for our last two days. The hotel is very noisy. Stayed 9/2-6/23.

Pros: The hotel is very convenient to walk to the major attractions. All members of the staff were very friendly, from Angel and Judith at the front desk to the personnel at breakfast. The hotel offers complimentary use of umbrellas if it's raining - a nice amenity that isn't advertised. Hot water available in the shower and strong water pressure, too. The breakfast was tasty and offered various options. Cons: The only three real cons for me: 1. the wifi signal wasn't that strong in the room. I understand the hotel is in an old property and modifications are limited. However, wifi repeaters might help. 2. without a strong wifi signal, I decided to watch tv. However, the two signal was not working the first night. the second night it was only partially available. I reported the issue to the desk and never really received resolution. 3. The door handle on the door to the small balcony needs to be adjusted (I was in room 14).
