“There are better hotels in San Miguel de Allende”
The parking lot is far from the lobby and there is not valet parking. There are lot of ants and flies around the garden and pool. There is not "menu" of room service in the room. The room corridors smell to moist.
“I'm glad we chose Hotel De Minas instead of Hotel Bicentenario where the wedding event was held.”
Improvements I would like to suggest is to make phone instructions easier, maybe display on the phone itself, "please call the front desk when making outside calls". Overall, good experience!

Good / This hotel is well located / You can expect good service / They have beautiful green areas / The food is normal, nothing spectacular / I recommend this hotel
“DO NOT DO IT!!!! Terrible experience.”
Terrible experience. There is a difference between an old-fashion, historical type of hotel and an old, dirty and bad-kept hotel. I expected the first but I found the second. This is not what I was looking for.
“Not impressed, bot ok”
The hotel was ok in most things, but it needs to be renewed, specially the room's bathrooms and the carpets on the corridors.
“Too far our of town, since the town is a walking place”
Too far our of town, since this a walking town. Also since it is in the outskirts of town the accomodations should be excellent to justify staying there
“Mala relación precio-calidad”
El precio del hotel me pareció alto para el tipo de hotel y la ubicación, difícil el acceso a pie al centro de San Miguel. Las habitaciones olían a humedad (pedimos cambio de habitación 3 veces). Sin embargo, la comida y las áreas comunes del hotel fueron muy agradables. Es muy importante que es de los pocos hoteles con un estacionamiento en sus instalaciones.
