I have nothing good to say about the property. There were few guests there that I could see. No business center available, Needed computer access, none. Maybe it is stripped down because of pandemic. Hotel was the oposite of "grand".

Property location was Not pleasant. Also I DONT think it’s RIGHT for the Hotel to charge Extra bill for supposedly extra people when on the reservation I put for 4 adults!! I would NOT reserve there again not would I recommend it.

That place has a pool, but pool was dirty.the room was poor, beds very uncomfortable, bathroom was bad. Breakfast very expensive.i wiuldnt recommend. Place is very loud on the weekends. Very loud with music and people.

Big property. Has a swimming Pool. Entrance to hotel was kind of tricky from the direction that we were coming from. It was our first time in that side of the city.

The hotel is a three star. The pool was not clean but there was not a lot of people so that is why it may be the case. Do not pay extra for the breakfast it is not worth it. Just eggs or chilaquiles. It is about ten minutes from the city.

Todo muy limpio, las instalaciones excelentes. El unico gran problema es que nos dijeron varias veces antes de reservar que tenían agua caliente en la alberca y al momento de ya instalarnos nos dijeron que no prenderian la caldera asi que el agua estaba helada lo cual nos causó una gran molestia porque preguntamos muchas veces antes de hacer el check in.

Stay away from this hotel
Booked 4 rooms for a fun and relaxing family vacation but found live cockroaches and loud music that didn't allows to sleep. Loud music didn't stop until 3 AM. Dirty and outdated bathrooms and lousy customer service when I brought up these issues to acting hotel manager which turned upside down my family vacation. See pics.

The day we arrived our room was missing toilet paper, hand soap and the A/C remote. But after calling the front desk, the maids brought stuff promptly.

We booked a family stay for a night for 14 people in 5 rooms. During booking I chose the option that stated that the breakfast was included for all 14 guests. But, when it came time for breakfast next day, the staff disagreed, and we had to pay extra to access the full breakfast and on top of that, we had to pay full price for the kids, even though they were included in the booking (10 adults and 4 kids). Very disappointing. I contacted hotels.com, and they did nothing about it other then asking me to wait for response from the property owners. Never heard back from anyone. The property itself is quite nice and in nice location, too bad the service was not as nice...
