I really like the fact that we had a quick check in, I called to notify the hotel but we were going to get there late and when I got there it took me maybe a couple minutes and we were already in our room. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a great stay. The hotel is really close To a lot of the places where you want to go and visit. I have stayed here before and this hotel never disappoints.

The room was clean and provided practical amenities. Without the 25% discount on some meals, the hotel restaurant prices would be considered high for the area The windows do not open so you are restricted to air conditioning or fan in the room.

My favorite hotel in Celaya
Love the quietness at night. I was able to rest after a long week of stress at work. Personnel is super cordial and friendly.

I selected te hotel for being close to Cortazar where I did all m business and it does has a good restaurant. IN general, it worked for me but end up paying every time I wanted to change scenery.

Good by Mexico Standards
This is a good Hotel by Mexico standards. I have stayed here while visiting family twice and the staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel and rooms are clean and gated property seems safe. Food is average but the bar is open late.

Hotel was okay staff was extremely pleasant and helpful so no issues there. but of course I had a problem where the water for showering daily was cold or tepid. I did have them check it one day but the night of course the water was coming out hot so I just dealt with it. It's clean but looking a little worn for the price level they are charging, my last trip it looks like there are more hotels being built and available soon. I stayed at a Hampton in Leon during same trip at 2/3 the price and was much better.

Stayed at this hotel because it was close to the customer we were meeting in the morning. Room was ok nothing special. They had the wrong spelling on my name and email address even though it was booked through you which could have been problematic as it was for another individual in our group who had an issue with his reservation (his was spelled wrong as well) and they cancelled his reservation. There was no room available for him and he had to stay several miles away.

Nice but with room for improvements
The hotel is expanding so half parking lot is not available. Food is good but on the expensive side. The room does not have a brochure to show you what facilities they have or restaurants near by. For the rest, the hotel is clean, quiet, staff is friendly and food taste is good..

Comfortable but poor location
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and public areas are clean an well kept. Location of hotel is in an industrial area. Entrance to parking lot was very muddy (during rainy season). Hotel entrance is right off an onramp - a bit dangerous. Once your inside it's a very pleasant experience. Breakfast buffet is a bit pricy.
