The Hotel was a great option to rest. All the staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was good and on time. We were happy with the clean areas especially during pandemic time

I booked a room for two, apparently the staff wasnt ok with my fiance coming in in the morning to pick me up, her electronic key wouldnt work in the elevator, at night, my key wouldnt open my room, i would have to go down to front desk, i left a day early, did not get a refund, the rooms dont have any drawers , pay the extra 20.oo and stay at the Wyndham... in the middle of the plazas and the nice restsurants....never again!

Worst hotel ever
This hotel is absolutey worst ever. i made a reservation thru hotels.com, and arrived like 1am at night. but they cancelled my reservation without any notification and i had to find another hotel at that late night and had stay 30min away from my companies. The worst part is the employees are unbelievably rude and unkind. they told me they will charge any fee on the cancellation that they made, and i found that they charged me and they dont want to refund my money. Please dont stay at this horrible hotel, city express irapuato norte.

Location was near high way but town is not walking distance. It takes about 5 min drive to the town of Irapuato. The hotel was clean and good breakfast. It's similar quality and Much cheaper than Holiday Inn Express where is other side of the street.

Good location for business, bad customer service.
The first impression of the hotel was nothing special, and it had a smell similar to a public restroom. I'm not sure if it was the cleaning solution they used, but the smell wasn't pleasant. The staff was very friendly, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the issues that we had. I was quickly given both rooms we reserved and upon entering mine, I saw that it was already occupied. There was a laptop, jacket, and other items in the room. Luckily the person wasn't there, or it would have been a very uncomfortable situation for both. I was given a second room and found it was warm and musty, so I turned the a/c on and went to dinner. Upon returning a couple of hours later, I found the room at the same temperature, so I requested a new one. I got the key to the third room, and again it was warm and humid, so I tried the a/c, but it was not working either. Someone went to check the unit and told me that it was probably an issue that had to be worked on by maintenance and that he would be back in a few minutes, but after about an hour, no one showed up and the temperature remained the same. it only blew air as if the fan was on, but not the compressor. I ended up pointing the vent towards the bed and slept that way. The following morning I notified the front desk and was told that it would be fixed during the day or that I would be given a 4th room, but neither happened. I slept the same way the second night. I was given an apology upon checkout, no discount or future offer.

Disappointed.
First, room service food was lousy. I ordered a hamburger that was soggy and fries that were old and stale. Second, I could not make any local outgoing calls even after i asked management for help. Third, the gym was very small and the treadmill was out of order for the 5 days i was there. Finally, the room was very small and felt cramp in with no where to put my clothes in.

Perfect stay for a perfect low price
This hotel is very new and in very good condition. I loved that it is a non-smoking property, with an adjacent outdoors smoking area. The staff was super helpful and friendly, room very clean, comfortable and quiet. They offer room service -which we didn't use 'cause we were out all the time-. They offer complimentary breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, Mexican chilaquiles, pastries, toast, yogurt, granola, fruit, juice and coffee and tea. The hotel is located close by the exit of the city towards Leon, so not in a happening area, but they have another property more in the downtown side. It was very convenient that they have free parking which is very safe and with 24 hrs. security surveillance. This was a family trip only for me and my father on our way to an event at a ranch near by, so it was perfect for us. It was over all, a very good experience, especially for that price. We would stay here again if we come back.

New hotel great service
I stayed there for a night and was very impressed with the installations and the cleanliness. The rooms were very nice and exactly what I needed after a very long day of work. They even had subway deliver sandwiches to our room so we didn't have to leave the room. Next time I am back there I will definitely stay at the same place.

Fantastic location, comfy beds, superb service
This is my favorite business hotel in Irapuato. While not in the center of town (there is absolutely no reason to stay at the city center) its location is superb for those working on the industrial plants close to Irapuato, a non-smoking policy that is enforced (not as many other business class hotels, such as ONE that does not enforce it) and the best breakfast of any "breakfast included" hotel that I´ve ever been make this one my favorite!

Me gusta porque es muy tranquila, los cuartos son muy obscuros y permiten un descanso placentero. En cuanto a la cortina del baño, tiene un sistema de fijación muy deficiente, lo cual hace que se caiga con mucha facilidad, sobre todo cuando se moja, ya se incrementa el peso de la cortina e invariablemente termina en el suelo.

Las instalaciones están como nuevas. Tiene un muy buen WiFi en todos los cuartos, pasillos y áreas comunes. No hay seguridad en el estacionamiento y las tarjetas de acceso a este, no funcionan. La comida está mejor en Holiday Inn de Villas, pero está bastante aceptable aqui.

Van dos estancias seguidas que la habitación que me asignan no funciona el Aire Acondicionado y me tienen que cambiar de habitación, eso es molesto. El agua en los lavabos sale con mucha presión y salpica a quien se lava las manos. La señorita que me dió check-in se nota enojada y nunca sonrie. Voy cada 2 a 3 semanas pero considero ya no volver a hospedarme si no corrigen estos problemas.
