“Misleading advertising”

We booked this hotel because it is advertised on Expedia as having a golf course and tennis courts "on site". There is no such a thing on site, off site, or elsewhere. None of the administrative staff has a clue or these amenities. Needless to say we felt misled and upset, as we had many other better choices closer to the center of the city. Furthermore, again despite their own advertising this time by the front door of the hotel, there is no "restaurante y bar", so we had to walk to other places for drinks and food. The "continental breakfast" is a joke, and consists of excessively sweet pastries, two varieties of sweet cereal, bread, cheese, juices and horrible instant coffee. Again, we had to walk every morning to other restaurants for breakfast and coffee (thankfully, there is a Starbucks downtown). We would not stay there again, or recommend it to others.

“Comfort in San Miguel”

For a city with some pretty pricey hotels, this was clean, comfortable and safe. The rooms are basic not luxurious and all services good. Only a 10 minute walk to the center of San Miguel and it's activities.

“MUY BUEN HOTEL, PARA UN FIN DE SEMANA”

es un hotel muy acogedor, el desayuno continental es muy rico, tiene espacio para estacionamiento, pero tiene algunos detalles, el Internet no llega bien al 2do piso, el agua caliente no dura nada, fuera de esto, es una gran opción para ir a visitar San Miguel

“No es lo que esperaba”

Es un hotel que no tiene un mantenimiento adecuado, se ve como abandonado, no cuenta con agua caliente en todas las habitaciones, la distribucion de las habitaciones es muy incomoda.
