If your on budget, the place is decent.

Pros: Free wifi, a convenient store, and the karaoke bar (that I been to once but with the previous owners), close to Tumon and Airport.
Cons: The parking lot
Location: There's Tumon where there's shops, restaurants, bars, and night clubs. Then there's the Kmart in Tamuning which is less then a 10 min.
My room wasn't one of the renovated rooms that weren't available at the time of my visit. But RM 205 was decent and if you're on budget, its pretty okayy place to be. Just don't except to have a swimming pool or anything fancy. There's certain housekeepers that I don't care for because they lack the customer service or any services at all. Then there's the office staff members, Alice (I think is her name), she's better then the Manager herself and two other people in that office. But all in all, my stay with the Inn wasn't bad at all. Hopefully, they have RM 205 renovated for the next guests.

Bare bones hotel with cool and warmish water, bed is like sleeping on the floor with tired looking rooms. The staff was helpful and courteous, however if it wasn't literally one if the last available rooms onGuam for a last minute trip, I would not have stayed here.

思ってたより良かった。幹線沿いのデニーズまで 普通に歩けるし 途中にコンビニも有る。 部屋のクーラーの音が煩い。 お湯がでるまで 時間がかかる。 泊まるだけなら 十分。

This hotel does not have locks on the adjoining doors, a functioning elevator, clean facilities, hot water or warm beds.

Cons: renovate the hotel
This hotel needs a complete renovation. The hotel is outdated and falling apart. Example: there was no water pressure in shower. Bed was from the 70's. It was hard and uncomfortable. Could not watch the TV because you could barely see the images on it. Called for a replacement and front desk said they have no replacement available. Only positive was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. They are a 5 star staff in a 1 star hotel.

去任何地方都得开车。楼下有一酒吧有点吵。铛铛车是不经过这酒店的。唯一的优点是停车位有保障,虽然有点小。房间免费的wifi 不错。任何游玩项目都需自己安排。

Pros: 廊下側に寄ればwi-fiつながるので助かりました。
Location: 海の方(ヒルトン)とは反対方向に3分くらい歩くと、お店があるのでabcstoreよりも安くて助かりました。
ホテルの人にヒルトンまで歩けないと言われましたが、草の上やら枯葉の上を歩くのが大丈夫なのであれば、15分くらいでヒルトンまで歩いていけます。夜は暗くてあぶないのでタクシーを使ってください。 タオルはかなり充実、歯ブラシあり、固形石鹸あり、ボディーソープなし、シャンプーとコンディショナーはあるが日本から持っていったほうがいいです。シャワーのお湯はなかなか温かくならないです。

The bed was too hard for comfort sleep. No pot to boil water, no drier and even no tissue paper! Karaoke sound was noisy in the midnight. Many small ants were around candy on the closet when entered in the room.

I had a 2 night stayover in Guam at New Year's and this was the only hotel available. If you are looking for a nice place to stay on vacation, this is not the hotel for you. The room I had was functional, though certainly not comfortable. The mattress was oddly shaped and the bed was unstable. The bathroom was not clean (lots of mildew growth in the grout). Also, I could easily hear the music and karaoke from the bar on the ground floor in my second floor room. The carpet in my room desperately needed a cleaning/shampooing.
