Do not stay

Posted 19-May-2015
I booked a reservation for three nights, upon check in the clerk said I only booked for one night and told me there was mo record of my additional two night reservation, I then forwarded him my confirmation for the additional two nights, problem solved. The following morning I woke up and noticed there was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee provided, now I've stayed in hotels in more then 30 countries and this was a first, they might as well just take the pot out if the room to free up space on the shelf. Later that night I return to my room and the clerk calls my room and asks me if I have a pet in the room. I replied "no there are no pets here" she then says " I walked up on the second floor and I heard an animal" I told her " no animals here" she then says "if there is an animal" and interrupted her and told her "I just told you there is not an animal in this room it is me and my wife and my child I do not appreciTe you questioning my integrity" I then hung up the phone. The next afternoon I left for the day and I left the tv on as a security measure, a few hours later I retuned and the tv off, an obvious sign that staff had been to the room when I was not present which made my wife very uncomfortable.the same night my gave my child a bath and the tub was clogged with standing water, I used the toilet and went to flush it, and found the toilet to be clogged, so the yellow urine is floating at the top and goes great with the black mold under the rim.

Excentered and a bit noisy

Posted 06-May-2015
Pros: Great staff, efficient and ready to help; clean room
Location: Far from main activities without a car, access along the road by foot is even not allowed officially...Noisy due to convenience store at ground floor
Small hotel located far (by foot) from main activities and just above a convenience store, leading to noise disturbance. Great staff, efficient and helpful.

If your on budget, the place is decent.

Posted 26-Mar-2015
Pros: Free wifi, a convenient store, and the karaoke bar (that I been to once but with the previous owners), close to Tumon and Airport.
Cons: The parking lot
Location: There's Tumon where there's shops, restaurants, bars, and night clubs. Then there's the Kmart in Tamuning which is less then a 10 min.
My room wasn't one of the renovated rooms that weren't available at the time of my visit. But RM 205 was decent and if you're on budget, its pretty okayy place to be. Just don't except to have a swimming pool or anything fancy. There's certain housekeepers that I don't care for because they lack the customer service or any services at all. Then there's the office staff members, Alice (I think is her name), she's better then the Manager herself and two other people in that office. But all in all, my stay with the Inn wasn't bad at all. Hopefully, they have RM 205 renovated for the next guests.

Bare bones hotel with cool and warmish water, bed is like sleeping on the floor with tired looking rooms. The staff was helpful and courteous, however if it wasn't literally one if the last available rooms onGuam for a last minute trip, I would not have stayed here.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
This hotel does not have locks on the adjoining doors, a functioning elevator, clean facilities, hot water or warm beds.

Keep the staff. Renovate the hotel

Posted 21-Feb-2015
Pros: Hotel Staff
Cons: renovate the hotel
This hotel needs a complete renovation. The hotel is outdated and falling apart. Example: there was no water pressure in shower. Bed was from the 70's. It was hard and uncomfortable. Could not watch the TV because you could barely see the images on it. Called for a replacement and front desk said they have no replacement available. Only positive was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. They are a 5 star staff in a 1 star hotel.
