Good

Posted 02-Jul-2014
Pros: The room, price, and location.
Cons: Internet speed.
Location: Downtown Tumon.
The hotel is located in a perfect area, close to downtown. However, the internet is the worse when it comes to downloading. i was very disapointed.

Economy hotel in Guam

Posted 01-Jun-2014
Pros: The positive thing is it is near affordable McDonalds. Everything's more expensive than mainland USA.
Location: If you like to walk on a hot humid weather, it is a mile walk to Ypao Beach. There are no walkways, so beware of the drivers. They don't respect pedes
The first room was roomy and had a big screen TV but AC sounded there were birds chirping in the room. Service guy could not repair it for it is loosely attached to the wall. They transferred me in another room with similar amenities but it is humid even though the AC's working.

Nice hotel.

Posted 21-Apr-2014
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and had a fridge, microwave, safe and hair dryer!
Location: Shopping, Denny's, McDonald's
I stayed for 6 nights. The bed was comfortable, internet was good, staff was VERY friendly. The Bistro had good breakfast for about $5. A shopping shuttle was provided. Nice hotel for nice price and very close to shopping but so close to a beach.

Friendly staff!

Posted 07-Nov-2013
Pros: The staff are very approachable and friendly.
Cons: Toothbrushes and toothpaste should have been provided, though you can always buy at the convenience store in front. :)
Good for those who are on a tight budget. Be sure to bring a pair of flip flops, they don't provide room slippers. No toothbrush and toothpaste was provided either. :(

Pros: Relatively low cost with adequate amenities.
I have stayed at this property before. This time there were housekeeping issues when I first checked into the room.

Good value for the money

Posted 01-Nov-2013
Pros: staff, location
Cons: noise
Location: papa jones, a small mart, denny's, dominos, beach
When you are going to an Inn, of course you are not expecting something fancy. This place is ok if you are on a tight budget. The venue itself is i felt old, but it's not something you cannot bear. Tumon beach is within walking distance, which is good. One issue tho, is the noisy.. My room wasn't really sound-proved so I could hear noise from the next door. It had connecting door, if you know what i'm talking about and noise came through that door. I felt the wall was also a bit too thin to block the noise. The staffs are very kind and helpful.

Pleasant budget hotel

Posted 20-Oct-2013
Pros: Location
Cons: For the price it's fine
Location: Guam Premium Outlets and several restaurants are located close by - within walking distance.
Day's Inn Guam is a pleasant budget-style hotel located just off the main drag, Marine Drive, in Guam. It's within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping places. The hotel itself is off fairly recent construction and is overall well-maintained. Parking can be a little tight, especially if you are coming back in late at night. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are cheap guest laundry facilities located right in the hotel, and decent restaurant serves breakfast and lunch right in the hotel. Good place for a quick stay at a low price.

Stayed at this hotel before. Accommodations are good, staff greets you each time you enter lobby. Did not experience on-site restaurant. Close to convenience stores.
