“Very nice hotel and excellent service all around”

From the initial check in until check out, I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. I had a couple of minor difficulties - my phone's voice mail didn't seem to want to reset and one day the phone wouldn't get an outside line - but both of these were handled expeditiously and in a nice manner. I especially found the shuttle bus helpful as I was able to take it in the city centre area a few times thereby saving money on taxi fare. When in Monterrey, I would heartily recommend this hotel and knowing that I will return again in a few months, I plan to stay there again.

Area recommendations
Don't miss the museums in the city centre area and certainly check out the Fundidora. Also, while I didn't do them on this trip, there are several parks in the nearby vicinity - one named Horseshoe Falls - that are supposed to be very enjoyable.
