“Never again...”

I will never book in this Hotel... dirty carpets, bad smell, bad attention and low quality of services... Is my first time that I have to use hotel like this stile... was disgusting and really bad experience. LOW QUALITY I will put this hotel witk 1/2 star category.

“Not impressed, the rooms and halls need an update.”

Overall the service and location was great. But their upper floors interiors need to be updated and modernized. The green carpeting had staings and their wall decor was out dated. Their breakfast buffet was to simplistic for the price they charged us. They need to insulate their windows from the traffic noise.

“Very Nice Hotel”

The room we got was very hot, the sun will hit it directly on the morning and it will be hot but it wasn't hotels fault. just make sure you get a room on the front side of the hotel! Great

“Great Hotel for the Price”

The hotel was a great location if one is going to Teatro Diana for any cultural event (a 2 minute walk). The hotel rooms were very large and clean. The people in the hotel could not have been more helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast buffet in the hotel. Easy access to the historic district and other areas by cab. Nice pool and lovely garden. Underground secured parking (valet).

Traveller's tip
The hotel is about 2 blocks from the new bus line running through Guadalajara. The bus line will take you to the zoo (world class) as well as to the historic district.
