I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The minute I walked in it was clean and the staff was so helpful. I loved the cupcake waiting for me in the room and the breakfast buffet that came with our reservation was excellent! Fresh breakfast items along with omelets to your liking. I will definitely recommend and return!

Wonderful property. Great breakfast buffet.The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is amazing and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance of a very safe and beautiful neighborhood.

Pablo the bartender was great. The hotel was clean and nice. The rest of the staff was rude at times.

The property was good. It was clean. It is not fully modern compared to a property in the US or luxury, but it offers a really good breakfast and the staff was very accommodating. Free parking included.This property does not have a great window view. The bathroom doesn’t have a door. The only door is for the toilet room.

Hotel room was very dirty beginning with the floors with stains and some sticky “material” and my bed had body fluids and hairs, yuck!. Phone was not working to report the above issues either. If your stay on this hotel is a must, make sure you check the room in advance. I gave a 3 star to the staff because of the head housekeeper. She apologized and made sure the room was cleaned. The front desk staff was bad. They would not greet you or acknowledge you unless you would approach them or say good morning.

We always make sure that all the rooms have been cleaned before we assigned them to our guest but on rare occasions human error inevitably happens. Beds were hard as rocks, otherwise rooms were fine. The restaurant was awful, chicken in a curry sauce was filet of breast with a bit of dry curry sptinkled on top. Sweet and sour rice had absolutely no sweet and sour sauce. We can't recommend the restaurant.

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The rooms are spacious and clean, the buffet is a plus, and the staff is corteous and professional. My children love the heated pool, which is never crowded.

My stay was awesome ever was excellent!! Cleanest place ever the house keeping service was on point thanks to Maria Luisa. Front desk also has Uber called if you need to go somewhere. So felt really safe .Last morning of my stay I was going to shower to get ready and leave and there was no water. I understand they are remodeling the Hotel but I would of least expected heads up out of courtesy.Other than that extraordinary service.

In the process of remodeling we had an issue with one pipes and had to immediately shut off the water for that area to prevent any water damage. Due to the nature of the situation we were unable to notify you advance. We truly do apologize for the situation and appreciate your understanding.
