This hotel had no water and when water came it was all dirty and black, so disguisting. Our room had no AC as it was not working. Two days with no AC in a hot room was not fun. Elevators are to slow for a 20th floor hotel plus only one elevator wS working.
I would nlt recomend this hotel, terrible stay 😒😒 this hotel should not be in bussiness. I would like my money refunded.

The staff is great! Just keep in mind if you stay in a weekend there’s a night club right next to it expect to be quiet until 3 am.

During our stay, there was a sports event going on and the hotel was crowded. Only 1 elevator out of 3 was working. It took 15 or more minutes to get on elevator. There was always a long line to get on elevator. Also, we could not enjoy the pool area. The grass was not maintained. The pool water was green/brown. Our room was falling apart. Toilet was not working. Table was wobbly. All furniture had something wrong with it. Either missing a handle or broken. Sink and shower fixtures were loose. Halls look run down. No ice machine. The only good thing was the customer service. The front ladies were very nice and allowed us to check in at no extra charge. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures!
This was one of my worse experiences staying at a hotel. I have never given a bad review to a hotel, however, I feel the responsibility to do so, for future clients.
1. Toilet's water was disgusting. It was brown and with a horrible smell.
2. No hot water in the shower.
3. Shower was full of hair. Drain was clogged.
4. Elevator wasn't working properly. Me and my wife didn't feel safe using it.
5. Room walls were thin and we could hear everything from other rooms.
6. Hotel staff had an attitude and looked dirty
7. When letting staff know about the issues, they only said to leave a complaint in the mailbox. But they never did anything to solve the issues.
8. Bed sheets looked dirty.
9. Mattress was dirty and uncomfortable.
Never staying here again. There are cheaper and nicer hotels than this place.
hotel was very dirty, sheets and bedding has not been washed, floor and bathroom was disgusting, door had a big gap where others can see me in my room, TV and air condition was not working. Construction surrounding property could not sleep. I would never recommend nor stay in this property ever again.
This Hotel is not up to par it is dirty, very outdated and has horrible customer service. No amenities provided. The check in process was very long and you still have to fill in more information upon arrival. I was very tired and that was the reason I slept there if not I would of looked for another hotel. Their elevator didn’t work and I had to walk 14 flights of stairs after waiting for more than 20 minutes. A guy came over and said I wasn’t working. The staircase was disgusting. The room seemed dirty and the restroom was pretty gross it smelled like sewer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive side was a comfy bed.
The pictures are for sure outdated. The property is very old probably why 1 out of 3 elevators works. Daily my towels restocked and decorative stuff put back in bed but sheets weren’t changed. The pool isn’t climate controlled so I warn you it’s cold. Good service staff were super Nice but sooo slow and the food was okay . Disappointed they had a list of cocktails etc but only had pina coladas available. Do not stay on a Friday or Saturday when the bar below is open you will not sleep as you vibrate from the music. Zero amenities

The hotel is not “under construction” but should be as it’s pretty run down. Chose this hotel due to pool area and the area around the pool is pretty dirty, not a heated pool, and the intrepid the pool has several chipped areas. The water is also turning a slight green. The Valet staff is amazing, very nice & willing to help. The front desk staff never got back to us when we reported only having hot water and eventually moved as to a new room. When we ordered room service again the front desk staff gave directions that did not work and then said text us the order. Simple food was ordered and still front desk staff failed by taking 2 hours to get us (traveling with 2 kids!) the hot dogs & fries we ordered - nothing fancy.
The staff was extremely helpful and very courteous.

Close to city center
They do not have telephone system, they will ask you to download an app for room service etc. aside from that it was a pleasant stay. A little old but friendly staff and close to the center

DON’T STAY HERE IF YOU ARE FROM AMERICA AND LOVE HAVING A SENSE OF PRIVACY THAN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. THE ROOM NEXT DOOR SMELLED OF CIGARETTES AND THEY WENT INSIDE MY ROOM LOOKING FOR SMOKE, LITERALLY WALKED OUTNOF THE ELEVATOR TO SEE THE STAFF IN MY ROOM WITH ALL MY VALUABLES IN THE ROOM, won’t be staying here EVER AGAIN.

The hotel is outdated but the main thing was that I found mold in the bathroom; in the shower and sink! My Son has asthma and I did not want the mold to affect him. I also found long black hair in the “clean bed”.We stayed 1 night because it was late but we checked out the next morning! The hallways were dirty. The pictures on the Hotel.com are website are outdated and deceiving! The bell boy was pleasant but the receptionist were rude. I understand it’s a 3 star hotel but the mold was not mentioned.
