“Not impressed”
The Hotel is nice. The beds are hard and the room we received smelled like smoke, eventhough it said it was a non-smoking room. The staff was nice and they offer free internet access. You can walk to downtown GDL, but it is not righ around the corner its about 15 minutes. The hotel taxi was excessive on the amount he charges when we were switching hotels, but we did not really want to argue or walk through the streets with our luggage.
“Guadalajra stay”
Nice place overall ... 3rd time there.
“Love the Hotel, Hate the Europcar”
I notice that others don't like the hard bed....we loved the bed and the entire hotel! EuropCar was a piece of trash and will NEVER rent from them again. We would love to stay in this hotel again, BUT will only accept an "outside room" the next time. Easy walking distance to attractions in Central with a safe walk, in nice area.
“A good option”
A good option near downtown
“cant wait to go back, and food is great”
I travel very often to mexico and have never stayed at a hotel so clean . The room service is great. The food is awsome!!!!
“Great Staff but trouble beds.”
The bed was trouble it was like sleeping on a rock.
“terrible beds”
The hotel is very nice and classy: location, showers, rooms, staff etc. But the beds are horrible: they are soooo hard that it gave me a terrible backache. And I am 37 y.o. It's like sleeping on a hard wood floor.
“Looks Very Nice, but...”
The hotel is very nice; it's elegant and very clean. It has a very good shower with excellent water pressure, something which is hard to find at times in Mexico. It also has an excellent A/C. The room I stayed in was non-smoking, but in the middle of the night I was awakened by the strong stench of cigarette smoke coming from other rooms or floors. The bed is horrible, unless you like sleeping on your kitchen table. I am not exaggeratiing, it was hard! The hotel is nicest thing on the block, everything else is very unappealing, but the location is desirable because of its proximty to historical buildings and points of interest. The hotel is walking distance form the Cathedral, the Museum, and San Juan de Dios (3 story shopping center/mercado). I stayed at this hotel for one night. I personally could not tolerate the bed for more than 2 nights.
“Very impressive and clean”
I was very impressed with the cleanliness and service I received during my stay. The rooms were in very nice condition and the hotel in general was very clean. The service was very close to top notch. The beds are a little hard.
“Precio”
Los precios de hospedaje son justos, se encuentra bien ubicado, limpio, las camas un poco incomodas, se lograban sentir los resortes del colchon. Para corta estancia, de paso es muy buena opcion. Lo recomiendo.
