Cenatntlly we'd really love to have a parking space for every vehicle that visit us, but this is out off our hands. Unfortunately we did not receive any additional information regarding your special request and your mothers age or her mobility restrictions, until your arrival to our property.As you may realized, we are a petit property in rooms and our room availability in the ground floor is limited to a short number of units.The room you got is a different room category than the one you reserved, and it was the only one available in low floor at that time, this is the reason why we had to apply a charge resulting from the rate difference between the categories. Dear guest, We appreciate your comments and certaintly would do the proper follow up to them as they are unvaluable feed back. We regret that you had this odd feeling about the special circumstances during your stay. We where very happy to receive you and the surprise that your kids where comming as part of your party, unfortuantelly due to the fact that Nor Expedia or the hotel were informed your kids will be comming, our staff wasn´t prepare with brazaletes and all the items necesary to welcome them. As part of the learning on this situation we checked our cameras to better understand what happened, we feel very sorry for this missunderstanding, apparently it was a misscomunication problem. Your family and you, will always be welcome back to our beatufull and relaxing piece of heaven on the Chapala Lake Riviera and encourage you to book your reservations thru Expedia, pointing how important is to add all the pertainent and complete information on the number of persons comming as part of your party.
