Clean and ample room, nice flooring, excellent working bathroom, open spaces outside rooms, friendly staff and employees. And my room had a balcony with great view, Hotel Alcázar Is much better than hotels that cost a lot more!

Great Location to stay in the heart of the city. 4.9/ 5 stars If hotel had mini fridge in rooms, that would be great.

Beautiful place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay it was a nice hotel and a great location. You are able to walk to the downtown area for shopping or eating. We would definitely stay there again.

We chose the hotel based on the fact that they were supposed to have a safe in every room. They didn't. No room has a safe. And they provide bed linen. So the listing is incorrect. That is not good. The hotel on the other hand was nice. Good location for exploring the city. Easy to get to as it is almost right on top of Linea 3 Tren station Independencia. Quiet. Well cleaned and maintained. A little dated but that didn't bother. Great value for the spend.

I like that the upper roof was open air so the entire facility had fresh air. The rooftop was also very nice and I spent some time working from there. I had to move a table to get in the shade but it was very nice and the internet worked for a zoom meeting. The staff was very nice, very helpful, and I loved going to the coffee shop downstairs every morning to start my day. Having a coffee shop connected to the hotel was such a pleasant surprise. With the windows closed, the street was not noisy, but I left the windows open to keep a nice breeze and I appreciated the city being so lively.

La zona es buena, ya había estado ahi hace como 2 años y se veía feo por la construcción pero ya se ve súper bien la zona, hay un Oxxo a un lado
