“Comfortable, clean and great location in Guadalajara”

We stayed 8 nights in this hotel. We have a 5 year old, an 8-month old, my wife and I stayed in a 2 a double bed room. Very clean and comfortable room, a bit noisy at night (you can hear the traffic, people walking on the same floor) but an excellent location. The service was good, we did not have any issues during our stay and would go back. I made the reservation two months in advanced and paid more than if I had done it later. I found a $10/night discount code using Google. Enjoy!

When to go
Don't go in May since it's very hot, wait for June or July but expect rains

“Not the best option.”

There are lot better options than this hotel to stay at Guadalajara. Not recommend it to stay.

“They charge you for everything!.. sometime you expect to be extra but these overexpensive”

The hotel is well located, close to restaurants, the downside is that they over charge you for everything, not the new "normal" charges like internet at over 19 usd, or water at 5 bucks in room, If you take a guest to your room to even pick up your laptop they want to charge you 36 usd..Hotel is nice but there are many other options with better services without having to extra pay for them.

“Could be better.”

The service at arrival was not what expected. The room was not ready although we reserved it with two weeks in advance.
