“It's OK”

It is near the expo center, but not close to the center of Guadalajara. It's OK. Staff was respectful in general. The bellboy staff was more friendly and kind than the rest of the staff. In some hotels the staff is always greeting the guests, in order to make them feel in a familiar place, not in here.

“Excellent hotel a very good value.”

I liked everything about this hotel, it's new so the room was very nice and comfortable, the personnel was always ready to serve you, the hotel is located right in front of a shopping mall, and good restaurants are very near you can go walking, an excellent stay!

“Very nice hotel”

Nice little hotel. Very clean, nice pool for an "express hotel" and great parking available. Rooms are spacious and modernly decorated. Breakfast is better than I have experienced in other HI Express hotels. Highly recommended.
